The hotel were very accommodating as our flight arrived early morning and we couldn't check-in until 14:00. We were able to use all of the hotel facilities whilst we were waiting. This was the same on our departure, as we had a late flight. The staff were fantastic and the hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Only 10min in an Uber from the Airport and 20 minutes to Dubai Mall.
Highly recommended. If you are paying for all inclusive, it's important to be aware of the limitations on times as alcohol is only served from 12pm and until 10pm, outside of this you will need to pay, but there is a discount.
The pool area is fairly small, we found that if you arrive around 8-9am you'll have no issue getting a lounger. If you arrive later, there is a waiting list policy and the lifeguard will add your name and come get you when one becomes available. This is a great way to manage it and you can have a drink at the pool bar whilst you're waiting!

I have stayed here now 3 times and stayed in 30 hotel's in Dubai the only down side about this hotel is lack of beds at the pool if you are late or away for the day you have to Wait for a bed not ideal in the heat great hotel rooms and lovely views staff don't go out there way we stayed in 3 other hotels in this visited and Definitely noticed the difference not bad in anyway but other places always welcome you i would say the pool staff are helpful and nice but the others could do better in my opinion

Beautiful hotel, great facilities and the breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent and very friendly apart from Ahmed who works on reception and was grumpy and never smiled. Not a good start to the holiday. We were a family of four and the room was small. My wife, my 15 year old son and 10 year old son had to share a bed. I slept in a bed that was brought in. The room should not be advertised for a family of four.

My Son 3rd birthday would be really something we will remember, we had a great time staying at this hotel, the stuff are so polite and very helpful.
We had a surprised birthday cake in the room.
The breakfast is wide with so many varieties of food.
The bar and pool was also great and good atmosphere, it a really nice to bring family.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at! I have come to Dubai often and stayed at a range of hotels but none have really impressed me like this one. It has great service, is clean and also has amazing rooftop views. The pool with the view is breathtaking and the staff are all so welcoming. Recommend everytime!

the property is moderne and the service was excellent. it’s about 25 mins driving from city centre and 30 walks or 10 mins drive from the gold and spice market. it’s easy to get a taxi from hotel, but the taxis tend to drive you around before taking u to your destination in order to add more to the mileage to make the fare more.
