Generally very nice place to stay but didn't realise that it is an alcohol free hotel so that should be made clearer to people booking; also the shower was a 'wet room' which felt slightly strange. Overall though I enjoyed my stay

First issue was we booked with 1king bed & a sofa bed, but hotel management said there is a discrepancy on website that with our booking they don’t offer sofa bed.
Then AC didn’t work & it took couple of days to change the room

Located close to airport so ideal transit option but location to transport options other than Taxi is limited. Arriving late with not being able to access breakfast which is included due early departure is an inconvenience. Travel box should be an option . Hotel is relatively new and modern with Gymn pool etc . Highly recommended.

Overall I genuinely loved this hotel but the only downside was that you can smell smoke from a different room through our shower. Otherwise the hotel is clean, modern, very close to the airport and the staff were nice.

A booked a delixue room for our family of 4 people which included a king bed and a sofa bed.
Was given a room with a king bed and a sofa that does not open. Eventually they brought us a single person bed but the hotel were out of any additional blankets.

This place was beautiful! They are very accommodating. The only problem I had was at check-in. Although I had a reservation for couple months, I get there, and they have no room for what I reserved. I reserved a full apartment, kitchen and all. They put me in a room with zero amenities. Told me to check back next day to see if they have a room. I was there for 12 days and this was inconvenient. They didn't even refund me for the cost I paid vs the much cheaper room they put me in. The bus boys or attendants are so welcoming and helpful. They are full on service and cater to your every need. They were the best part! The hotel was beautiful, and my room was nice, once I got the room I booked.

Advertising as having a shuttle bus to hotel, not true.
Has 2 pools, rooftop opens at 6pm, main pool over shadowed by buildings, so no sun, and shared with 2 star hotel next door.
Requested use of upper pool by us and other European visitors, refused.
Ordered food and took over 40 minutes to arrive and was cold.
Bath/shower water luke warm, would not get hot, had to boil the kettle to put into bath.
Coffee machine in our room was faulty and only released about 10mls of coffee on a large cup size.
Dirty toilet and bath several days.
Very poor finishing on furnishings, stains on carpeting.
Hotel not aimed at the European visitors who want to sun by the pool.
Small empty fridge in room no minibar.
Courtesy bottle of water in room daily was from a machine and daily label put on bottle, so not sterilised out between guests.
Would not use this hotel again, very poorly/badly advertised. Definitely not a 5 star, closer to a 2…
