The hotel is clean and quiet. I was able to relax for my stay because of the quietness. But there is dim lighting in the room, even with the lamps on. The breakfast was limited. A bit pricey for the offerred set.

Received a room opposite a construction site which was less then two meters away from the window to the room so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time as there was no view or even the most basic of all things you could expect from a hotel room i.e. Sunlight.
Asked to be moved to a room with natural light which was refused on the basis that the other rooms cost more. Asked to speak to the manager countless times and was fobbed off every time. Never experienced anything like this in any hotel in the world let alone from a 5 star hotel in the Emirates.
