1. Bad customer services
2. No pots, no bowls, no liquid dishwashers, no chopping boards, nothing in kitchen
3. I asked help for my luggauge to bring to my room. No one did. So i did by myself after 15 mintues in my room.

Cockroach infested rooms, complained on the first day, moved rooms 3 days after to another infested room, have pictures and videos to prove this.
Management team are not proactive or concerned about customer services, overchsrged my kids for breakfast every other day.

Staff were great & helpful & even upgrade us from delux rooms to 2 room suite with no added fees, But
The price compared to the place is not worth it.
As the place is old.
And the cleanliness of the bedrooms and the kitchen needs to be monitored more, and it is also preferable to use insecticides in the place.
Pay attention to washing and sterilizing sheets and pillows well from dirt and odors
