My recent stay at the Shangri-La Dubai for 6 nights during the NY was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in an aura of refined elegance. The service was impeccable – the staff is the highlight as they were not just courteous, but genuinely warm and anticipated my every need. The culinary journey was amazing. Big fan of the Vietnamese restaurant. Breakfast in the main restaurant was a feast for the senses, with an incredible variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. The Executive Lounge, however, stole the show. The evening cocktails were expertly crafted, and the canapés were divine. My room "4007" was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Without a doubt, I would choose the Shangri-La Dubai again in a heartbeat. The seamless blend of impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, amazing staff and world-class facilities created an unforgettable experience.

This hotel is beyond. I traveled the world and the Shangri-La is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. A big shoutout to Akram and Moustafa for making my stay unbelievable.

The hotel is very nice and staff very helpful. Our room was very clean with nice view on 32 floor. We rented a car and the parking was very easy with the valet. Pool area nice and cozy. When we went there werent too many people but if this ppaxe gets packed, i think the pool size will be too small. Food is really good in all restaurants including dine in. A bit on the pricey side so if you're on a budget, best to explore the eateries just outside the hotel. Overall its a great place to stay. Very close to all the sites to see. Helpful tip. If you choose to drive. Use the Waze app and not google map. Google map is terrible here. Lots of lanes and overpasses. We got lost many times with google. Someone suggested Waze and it was night and day. We went around with ease after that.

Room is nice but a bit old, need renovation. Location is strategic, near to Burj Khalifa, and the view is really nice. Staffa were great. Service is excellent.

This is the perfect hotel to stay, they served me very well, let me to have the early check in and late check out, they also upgraded our room! No need to go anywhere to capture the burj khalifa, its presented right in front of the window! The toiletteries were perfect they use loccitane which is impressive! Thanks and really recommend this hotel for everyone.
