Hotel was nice but surrounding areas within walking distance were not as nice.

Have stayed at this property many times and they have made it comfortable for me. Ms Fatouma and Ms Wellington at the reception were excellent and helped out in every possible way. The breakfast buffet was good but the staff were struggling as it was very crowded and they were having a hard time keeping up even though they were working hard. There is another problem at the breakfast buffet restaurant where they have an open area outside and people were going in and out and the door didn’t close which affected the air conditioning system so it was very hot inside the restaurant as the door was left open. I did inform the restaurant manager but he said unfortunately there was nothing that he could do. Some times people forget that a customers pay for a a pleasant service to be comfortable and it’s important to make the guests comfortable to keep coming back.

Lovely hotel

Excellent property. Did surprise me how specious unit was. Very comfortable. I needed to do early check in and contacted Manager Mustafa and he managed to make unit available for me. He was very friendly and Mustafa gave his mobile no to communicate with me. Too guy.

With regret, we had booked a large family of 5 adults, including one with mobility and 3 who are asthmatic. We had booked 3 separate apartments but upon arrival, two of the apartments smelt of damp and the asthmatic guests struggled to breathe. At about 1am staff suggested that we share one larger apartment for that night, pending availability of separate flats the next day. We were relocated nearly at 2am exhausted. The next day we spent most of the day reserved for excursions sorting accommodation and were yet again met with one apartment with the same horrible dump smell, only this time they tried to hide it by spraying air freshener that made breathing even worse, nearly requested ambulance. Yet again latevat night we were relocated to another suitable accommodation. By way of compensation, the management offered one dinner service which declined and until after our departure not a single manager came to check on us or even attend the rooma to see and smell for themselves, as if they knewbthe condition all along. We had paid full cost of our separate but forced to share and relocate twice, against our wishes and expectations. Very disappointing. Swissotel... our second time but sadly Never again

We stayed on the apartment side. The place is spacious but it smelled. Moldy damp smell. We had a roof by the kitchen and bathroom that leaked. On our 1st day the fridge wasn’t working. The 2 linen sofa in the living room was very dusty. I put a blanket over it so I can use it. Overall, I don’t think I will stay again.

This is the worst hotel I visited in Dubai I’m a disabled person and they don’t look after disabled people I don’t recommend this hotel at all to anybody as a management team, very poor customer service I visit Dubai every year And this is the worst HOTEL I have ever been as a visitor in Dubai I recommend this hotel at all Like I mentioned before, they don’t look after disabled people My time was 4 pm Got my room at 5:30 pm Not happy at all 

The Swissotel Living Al Ghurair is a fabulous hotel connected with a mall. The staff were all incredible including our security person (Mavis). We stayed in a really nice apartment which was very large and soundproofed with the bonus of having a washer/dryer unit in addition to a nice kitchen, living room, and balcony with views of the Burj Khalifa. Just really a great stay. Thank You.

I had the best time staying at this hotel. Staff was respectful and helpful. It was close to the mall and groceries which made it very convenient for us. Jahirul always kept our room clean. I love staying here and will do again. I had an overall great experience.

Property is in a good place in the mall itself. The staff don’t look happy and are not interested in the guests. They don’t provide a service with a smile. Apartments are a bit run down as it’s pretty old. Bedrooms carpets are totally gone as well as the sofas in the hall which need to be changed real quick

Check in was amazing & Patrick was so welcoming. We were allowed to check in early & they rememberes our anniversary. However the house keeping was a huge let down as the room cleanliness was a let down, towels were not being changed & basic amenities were not being replenished. I left it a few days until i realised the basic things in the kitchen werent being cleaned - i got referred to the head if housekeeping Joseph who listened & made sure changes were made. A HUGE thank you Joseph, your a great asset. Lastly they forgot our airport wake up call. This was very poor!!

Good location in Deira.

Amazing stay at this property for a total of 14 nights. The location and hotel’s interconnected Mall access was very convenient for a family of five with kids between ages of 8 - 2. The hi-tea and buffet were both good value for money. The housekeeping help, especially by DEVENDHAR was going the extra mile for making your stay worthwhile. Staff in general from reception to the poolside, from the restaurant to the valet assistant, like everyone was very friendly, polite and respectful, no matter what time of the day or night you availed their services. The hotel needs a general facelift, the lifts not working after the hefty rainfall on the 16th May 2024 was a bit of a let down, but the overall price paid, roughly aed 12k for a 2 bedroom apartment, is more than fair for the great experience we had including the pool area, fresh towels and bedding on daily basis etc. Would love to come back and see slightly upgraded sights like modern sofas, smart tv, induction stove, sophisticated cutlery etc.
