The location was very good,easy access to transportation.The hotel is not far from the famous Dubai mall,the free shuttle service to the mall is a welcomed service.
The restaurants are second to none,the food on the menu is of a variety and taste great.The decor is quite tastefull.
The snack/pastry coffee shop has a variety and the person running it is quite friendly.
The front desk staff is very helpful,they seem to enjoy their jobs which is great for customer relations.
They joke around with one another yet maintaining true professionalism.
The greeting staff at the front as well as the general helping hands are all quite friendly and willing to serve.

It’s a very hotel with a great view if you’re in the right room. Most of the staff were helpful and some were just there to look pretty and did not have good customer service. But i liked the property A lot whenever i asked for something it was brought to me in a timely manner. Though I would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the business district. The hotel was clean. Service was just ok, they don't seem to explain things in detail but could be language barrier (i.e. beach club access). Room was great as we were informed about an upgrade at reasonable cost upon checking in and upgraded to a suite. It was our 25th anniversary so upgrade with view to the Burj seemed appropriate. Would stay again.
