Great hotel! Perfect location to get to Time Square. Very quick walk to Rockefeller, shopping, Broadway, and the subway. We'd definitely stay again!

I was a little worried about the past reviews about the check in process. I had a smooth and friendly experience. The room was clean, cute and has a huge bathroom! The finishes were nice and my room faced a quiet street. I was even granted a late checkout for 12:30pm with no extra charge (anything later than that is $50 for each hour over checkout time).

Friendly staff, great location lots of dining options nearby. Staff went above and beyond to help me when I needed a few things, they gave great recommendations for anything that I needed.
