The staff here were so nice. I asked to extend my stay one more day and If housekeeping could just bring me more towels while I was out, and they fixed up the whole room including placing my twins’ personal pillows and teddy bears neatly on the bed after making it. The shower pressure and water temperature was perfect. The whole hotel was very clean and quiet. Will definitely be back if I need to.

The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed some Bakeries in Old Hilliard, we enjoyed bowling at Ten Pins and enjoyed a Blue Jackets game.

The service provided by clerk was awesome. Plus the $15 incidental fee was a game changer. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The floor was filthy. I took a shower and walked into the bedroom. I went back into the shower for my comb and left black footprints in the shower! I requested my room to be cleaned every day and it never happened. The included breakfast was almost inedible. Would not stay there again.

This is a nice newer hotel that I love to stay at when I’m in Columbus. They have a free breakfast and a little pool. Everything is clean and nice.
