This is a beautiful hotel. It's always clean, and the customer service is great. My only complaint is that a $72 parking fee on top of the room charge for 3 nights is excessive.

I’ve stayed in other Ayres hotels but this one was the best as far as location. Close to great restaurants and off the freeway. Did not try the restaurant in the hotel but I plan on trying it next time.

I have no idea how this property has good reviews. It actually confuses me. Had to pay an additional $50 for our two vehicles to park, room was equivalent to a lower budget motel/hotel, no breakfast you need to pay for that at the attached restaurant, night staff on 1/30 was OKAY but morning staff ladies on 1/41 were rude. Never staying here again

Our time in Costa Mesa for Thanksgiving week was great because of our stay at the Ayres hotel. We had a balance of family and time alone. The hotel was clean, the staff is amazing and kind and we would definitely come back again for an overnight or even a week stay. We highly recommend Ayres Hotels.

Our stay at the Ayres hotel was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for a quiet room and helped when we extended out stay. The grounds are beautiful and well kept too. We would highly recommend for any travelers either 1 night or a week!

They are building a second wing to Ayers Costa Mesa. I was in the building currently under construction. It was the quietest, most peaceful sleep I've had in a long time. The staff provided excellent service by promptly moving me when my original room did not suit. Will definitely stay there again!

Nice enough Hotel. Good Py hide the fact you have to pay 24$ for parking to an outside source. Very high for parking. Plus, the site to pay on is very difficult to register on A big mess I stay here a lot. May not anymore just cause of this parking thing
