Enjoyed our stay, now our go to hotel while in Springfield. Tanya at the front desk was great. Of course everyone was great. Food was great at Hemingway’s breakfast was good.

It was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed breakfast and the pancake maker machine. However, in the room we could hear our neighbors talking, toilets flushing, and everyone in hallway plus doors closing over and over. The bed was really hard and none of us slept well.

Overall, good place to stay. Check in was smooth and quick. Good continental breakfast. Had warm and cold options. Only thing I would say needs improvement would to replace the carpet in the hallways.

The rooms are clean and the employees kind, but I personally would not stay here again. You can hear the road traffic in the rooms, and in our room the toilet would run for several seconds every 10 minutes or so, so we did not get a very good nights sleep. Also the bathroom sink and mirror are in the entry way, which is not a design I enjoy. Seems to be a place for large loud families.

Because of the poor weather conditions, we were unable to travel. We attempted to cancel, but no one would work this out with us. Very frustrating!

Overall, good stay. Had a "rustic" feel if you are into that sort of thing, but not at all surprising given that it is a Bass Pro-branded hotel. Good breakfast. Would stay here again.

Great location next to Bass Pro Shop. Clean but kids above us were noisy and running, jumping on beds when trying to sleep. Eventually they wore out.

It is not what i expected it to be with the name bass pro. First room i was in the room had a spare door that was screwed shut and it went to the weight room, i could hear the door everytime it closed so we moved to a new room it had a connecting door so everytime their kid cried i felt i needed to make sure my kid was ok. Also the POOL ROOM IS SMALL AF. Literally only 2 rooms can go inside the pool at a time.

Came to this hotel specifically for the bass pro feel and that my kids wanted to swim in a pool. POOL WAS FRIGID. WE MADE THE BEST OF IT BUT IT WAS HARD TO TOLERATE THE COLD WATER OF AN INDOOR POOL.
