The manager was a professional who went extra miles ditch our room from one bed to two beds. I made a mistake upon booking. PEM gave us a Stella Service and welcomed us genuinely. PEM’s hospitality made our stay smooth and comfortable! PEM deserves a promotion and a recognition. He is an educated and a professional man. Thank you, sir! The rooms were extremely unkept. Faucet was rusted almost all the way thru. Rusted shower drain, Rips in the bouch with unknown stains. Holes in the walls. Door lock completly broken off leaving me and my travel partner feeling unsafe. Mold in bathroom. Water damage on ceilings, broken fixtures room smelt very musty when we entered. Not to mention the cockroach we found jn the sink the next morning. Carpet completely ripped at the door. This hotel was run down. Mattress was very old and breaking down not to mention no bedbug protector. If we werent desperate for a hotel I would have left. How people are leaving good reviews is beyond me.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at I had to switch rooms three time because the first room had mold all over the shower faucet and drain, the man switched the rooms with barley saying anything to me. The second room was across the hall was also disgusting had two broken lamps an ugly dirty ripped chair and the dry wall on the was cracked and peeling and the bathroom faucets were gross again, both the phone and fridge didn’t work and there was what looked the vomit on the floor. The third room the tub had a bunch of mold in the bath tub and the lamps didn’t even have any light bulbs. Everytime I called never once did I get an apology or anything. Will never stay here again

The state of the room and hotel was completely different compared to what is described on hotel website and in previous reviews on site. The hotel is clearly under construction. Parking lot and surrounding yard around hotel is littered with shipping containers, building materials, scrap and replacement parts for hotel. The elevator, and hallways all leading up to the room are in disrepair ripped carpets and dirty from drywall dust, dirt and construction mess. The hallway reeked of marijuana and Indian food smell. Entering my room I found so many areas of damage and broken items. First off and in relation to the security of my room- the secondary bar lock at top of door was completely snapped/broken off and the door was so not aligned so the deadbolt would not engage either. On to the condition of the room- multiple broken light switches (entry light and first/main light in the room wouldn’t turn on), tub drain was broken and full of previous visitors hair, all of the wallpaper throughout the room is peeling back and falling off the bathroom specifically has peeling wallpaper and mold all along the border of the shower. The toilet handle is broken. The headboard was broken on both sides, mattress and box springs are visibly stained and very dirty. The dresser drawers are all broken and will not stay closed (duct tape was used to keep them shut. Can’t say enough how bad this place was and not worth any amount of money.

Pool was cold. Not heated. Construction happening. Loud in the morning and previous afternoon. Breakfast was all microwaved/ frozen stuff. Ran out of milk. Room had hair on bathtub and urine on toilet seat. I cleaned myself. Damage to bathroom door and paint peeling on ceiling above bathtub. No screen on window.

When my fiancé and I first arrived for our reservations they had construction in the parking lot and one drive way blocked making it hard to access the hotel. Then the guy working the counter asked for id and credit card. He was very short and never clarified why he needed my card and provided no receipt. When we got into our room the lights barely worked and the carpet surrounding the jacuzzi was falling off. We brushed off cause we just were there to sleep but fast forward to 1:30 am we’re both woken up with bite marks of three and extremely itchy due to bed bugs! We immediately check out and ask for a refund and we were just told they don’t have bugs and a manager will call us in the morning. So we drove 3 in a half hours home and never got a call. So I call to talk to the manager who is very rude saying they can’t refund me because they can’t prove they have beg bugs and to call corporate. So I call corporate and that they’re not in charge with it since it’s an individually owned franchise. And to contact the owner. Overall an absolute horrible experience and a waste of $250.

The door to every other room on the floor was opened and they were very obviously being renovated. It appeared we were in the only room on the second floor that they had not yet torn apart for renovation. It was very run down (flickering lights, pictures off of walls, beds sloppily made, paint peeling on walls and ceiling.

The staff was nice and welcoming but the property was discussing and we were visiting from out of town. I would never recommend nobody to stay here at all it’s disgustingly dirty and ran down. The room we stayed in looked like someone throw coffee on the wall and they never cleaned it. Just don’t stay here please!

The toilet kept running all night shower was dirty and the people above us kept us up all night stomping & we called customer service 2 times and they did nothing but say they will be sleep soon and was up til 5 am stomping and jumping
