The young guy who works there is notably very friendly and helpful. In fact, he and his boss immediately went to action to fix the problem with the cable television box not working. I was not expecting such swift service. I found the room and lobby area to be nice and clean. I had a very good stay overall and I look forward to returning the next time I am in Hutchinson!

The room itself was clean and bed comfortable but the toilet seat was broken making it hard to use the toilet in room 116.

Bath tub was broken, so we couldn't give our kids a bath. Shower head was at my shoulders and I'm only 6'3". The toilet seat was missing bolts or broken. The room was advertised as a "King Suite with Sofa bed" the sofa bed was a 4ft long couch that wasnt even big enough for my 6 year old. In the morning, we went to breakfast at 8:00am and the waffle maker wasn't even turned on and it took 30 minutes to heat to. There was only enough waffle batter for 1 and a half waffles. I didn't see any staff to restock food during the 1 hour I was getting breakfast for my family. Very disappointed in the breakfast and the room!
