My family and I have been coming here for over 30 years. The 2 bedroom condos are spacious, and full of light. We cook every meal in their fully equipped kitchen. There are ocean views and easy ocean access. I recommend bringing a car so you can explore the island more, there are no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance.

I have been going to Sanibel Cottages for the past 30 years. Great private beach access, and amazing private pool. It has more of the personal condo feel, rather than a resort atmosphere. We love it to cook and hang out with friends and family. Because we own, we have gotten to know the other owners of our weeks and built life long friendships. Highly recommend the cottages for anyone looking to buy in Sanibel, or rent for just a visit one year.

Beautiful place. A few hundred feet from the beautiful beach. The pool is just FANTASTIC!!! The two bedroom cottages are SUPER clean and extremely comfortable. Porch view of property is Wonderful!!!

Excellent resort with spacious layouts and covered parking. All the units have large porches with breathtaking views of the Sanibel beach front. In addition, a nice pool area with a hot tub, an individual tennis court, and shuffleboard area amongst other amenities are available. It's no wonder this is a highly desired location on Sanibel island.

Beachfront condos with a view from each unit of the water and of the pool. Condos are generally timeshares and are pretty well-kept. Size of rooms is nice and the condos have everything you need. Additional items can be borrowed from the front office. Nice tvs and old but effective laundry machines are included.
