Absolutely everything was great, but getting hot water was a nightmare. It was extremely busy which I understand. The food is amazing fresh and the employees were more than helpful and I still would go back.

We have stayed at many places in Branson. This is definitely in the top 5. Great staff. We needed a roll away bed and they had it in our room within 15 minutesof requesting one. The pool stays open until midnight so the boys loved that. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We will definitely be back.

Loved the accessible shower! It was done very well! The room was fine. We did not like the exercise room where every pice of equipment was sadly broken. My hisband really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. 808-1796

The people had the worst attitudes, and unprofessional. There were no comforters or quilts on the bedding. A few towels in our room were dirty. Water pressure was awful and there was no hot water one morning of our stay. The elevators were sketchy; we just used the stairs instead. Overall not terrible but not enjoyable.

This hotel definitely needs some maintenance and updates. Not a great location if you are looking for peace and quiet (given we did stay on what is probably a VERY busy Branson weekend). Front staff was accommodating when we requested our room be vacuumed upon check in, though it would have been nice to have had that done prior to our check-in. Multiple minor inconveniences made this just a mediocre stay. It was definitely not what we were expecting or hoping for all around.

Went to check in, the room wasn't ready. Came back, had to wait in line. Room was handicapped, which was fine, but the seat in the tub would not stay up to bathe. Beds were not very comfortable. So many people in the small dining room.

Overall very good stay and would do so again. We stayed two nights with little kids (2 & 4). The bathroom was crowded and the door opened into the bathtub which made bathtime a little more challenging. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.

This was a very nice place to stay. I like that it was not on the main strip, there was plenty of parking. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The beds were a little too firm for me and the heat & air unit was very loud. Very good continental breakfast, nice indoor pool, excellent staff. All the staff we encountered were more than helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. The room was clean. Bed and bedding were great. Bathroom was perfect. Shower tub enclosure was a full enclosure ceiling, sides, and tub which is why it was crystal clean. Bathroom lavatory had a shelf on to top of the backsplash right under the mirror which allowed you to place your toiletries on the shelf and not the lavatop. Mini fridge and microwave was perfect. The sauna and indoor whirlpool and pool were great after a long day of walking. The staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.
