Comfort Inn Dallas North Love Field Airport

Staffing was good and room was clean and breakfast was great and on time. I really enjoyed my stay. My 2nd time staying there and I'll be staying again soon.

Overall great stay!

The hotel was overall nice with good breakfast. You have to have a cash deposit forcing you to use there atm.

Smelling so bad as soon as I walked in the building

This property requires a cash deposit for incidentals and only return it once the room has been checked after checkout, so you must allow plenty of time to wait for all that to take place. My party of 7 was there due to a last minute cancelled flight and our rebook wasn’t until the next evening. We asked for a late checkout and only 1 room was allowed to have it out of 3 rooms. Upon checkout of the last room, the staff person said in front of us “They are FINALLY out of room 201”. We asked for plates for our party of 7 and were only given 3. Ice machine didn’t work and the one that did work had a lot of mold growing in it. The tub backed up with water, and the carpets in the room were filthy. Positive note: The beds and bathroom were clean.

Rooms are not great, smells stinky and overall a bad experience.

Kinda hard to find for door dashers but besides that it’s clean from what I saw right across the street from to clubs that seem really good I have nothing bad to say

We ended up not staying the night there. The lobby was nice, but they wanted a $60 cash deposit up front (luckily we had cash.) It stunk in elevator and the room was meh. The windows were dirty and the walls need some paint. But you get what you pay for.

Found a massive cockroach in my room in the middle of the night and had to switch rooms

Construction started around 6am and the fire alarm was going off. The elevators were out of order. The maintenance people who came to fix the elevators dinged up my car with their truck and toolboxes. Staff and management refused to provide any sort of discount/partial refund for inconvenience.

The staff was rude and nasty and there was nothing to really do close by just terrible experience all the way around

Won’t stay here again

It is not listed on Expedia that this facility requires a $60 cash deposit rather than keep a credit card on file.
