My family and I stayed at Best Western Plus Executive Residency overnight because my son had a wrestling tournament at a nearby high school. Staying at this hotel was the best decision! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a welcoming smile from Jennifer and checked in flawlessly. Our room was on ground level, and was roomy enough & comfortable for my family. The hot breakfast in the morning was perfect and had something for everyone. My big teenage boys pretty much ate some of everything and had no complaints! The crispy bacon was a big hit. If we are ever in the area again, definitely going to stay here.

We really enjoyed the one bedroom suite for our family. It was nice being on the first floor. Check in and check out were a breeze. The price was decent for our large family. Free breakfast and gym was good. The staff were warm, kind and all smiles. The room was clean and quality was great. We would recommend and stay here again. Only recommendation was we had to ask for trash bags for the trash cans in our room.

Overall our stay was great. I did feel like the breakfast could have been better with more variety especially for what the room cost, but the room and the service was awesome.

The hotel was new and modern. The initial room i checked into had multiple roaches and the staff was apologetic and prompt to change rooms even though they didn't have another king room available. The alternate room was clean and no other issues arose.

It was a great stay! Check in staff was amazing. There was always someone at the front desk when we wanted to buy drinks. And we were informed of the roof top bar upon check-in. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was convenient for the event my family was there for. The hotel wasn’t clean enough plus there were roaches not just in the rooms but in the bathtub and hallways . I didn’t pay attention to the hotel being dog friendly and I’m sure the cleanliness has a lot to do with it. Next time I’ll take my time with choosing my stay .
