Amazing stuff for our wedding

Properties run down. Looks like they have your own residence. In a very sketchy area of town.

The parking lot was terrible. I stayed during winter and I was there several days. They did nothing to make the parking lot safe nor attempted to clear the ice, it was very dangerous. It had easy access to downtown and the highway, but there were many people walking past the hotel and the neighborhood did not feel safe.

The check-in was very easy. Our room was very clean and since it was a suite, there was a fridge and counter top stove. Everything was very clean, which is always appreciated.

Clean, OK for value.

It says they offer food. But there is no breakfast. That is a lie. Take it off the site.

It is very convenient for me

Stayed two nights @ this location. Knew it was a bit 'out of the way' but the location turned out to be fine. Everything about the hotel was good; keep in mind there is no restaurant in the hotel or nearby but you can get food delivery. Full kitchen (with coffee pot & microwave) was a help. Plan to stay here again on my next visit since price was reasonable for downtown Hartford.

No frills, but room was large and clean. Good room for the value in downtown Hartford

The property was is a convenient location. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and service good. The hallway was noisy was a little noisy at times, but overall good stay.

The room was ok I’m from Nc so the Strong odor of the Marijuana was new to me and the front desk clerk looked at ya like you was a nobody

Property near to downtown but close to nowhere. Limited toiletries.

The room I stood in was not properly cleaned. I took photos. When asked to speak to a manager he was not available.

Hotel is very loud it was very difficult sleeping lots of footsteps above could hear conversation in the next room . Toilets flushing , refrigerator made so much noise. They only have 1 luggage cart . Come on get a few luggage carts.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner than that

Front desk both young ladies was very helpful and friendly and room.was very very clean and relaxing and homie and i will be back to visit
