Caravelle Inn Extended Stay

The rooms were large. The place and area were quiet and the parking was easy.

They could have given us early check in.

This is the dirtiest most disturbing hotel I have ever been too in my life! The room was not cleaned. The bed was unmade. No toilet paper and EXTREMELY dirty and used towels were in the bathroom. When we approached the front desk he became very irate and was yelling. He refused to give us a refund because we refused to stay. He pounded on our rental car window to tell us to leave the property. We were not yelling at him or causing a scene like he was. He then refused to speak to Expedia claiming his phones do not work and for them to email him another day!!!! If I could upload photos I would but this app hasn’t given me the option. This hotel shouldn’t even be in business!!

I got the message that the front desk will close at 11 pm at 7 pm and my 6 hrs flight land at San Jose airport at 10:50 pm so didn’t make it and has to pay for extra uber and look for other hotel. Lesson learned

It was a cool place to hang out

It’s a cool place to be there is a liquor store next door so there are guys that might make you feel intimidated but they are regular guys all you gotta do is smile and say what’s up. It’s a nice walk to 7-11am the light rail stops very close by. Overall it a good place to rest.

Very cheap and very convince

This was the worse motel I’ve ever seen. Dangerous parking lot all night. The smell in the room was absolutely nauseating. It smelled like wet animal fur. Broken exposed light bulbs. Loud music all night. I put towels over the pillows and slept for 2 hours fully clothed over the covers. Absolute worst.

Good enough place

The please was kot pleasant to spend the night. Bery old appearances n noisy. Never book a room again. Very disappointed

I’m still waiting for my refund. The guy at the desk would not wait on me and told me to leave! He was so rude and obnoxious. If I don’t get my refund, I’ll start using another hotel service.

Staff was nice, place was surprisingly quiet. Not the best neighborhood, but a $200 a night Holiday Inn Express is next door so money won’t improve location. Older facility but I didn’t see any issues with cleanliness. On a budget, I’ll stay again, no drama no problems.

Check in time 3 o clock is no good

Tv didn’t work in my room, not enough toilet paper or towels in the bathroom. Both nights there were people yelling and arguing, kicking and hitting doors walls which was making a lot of excessive noise. Late into the night and early morning

It was fine for my purposes of a place to stay, but I’m not picky. The TV did not work. It’s sort of in a ghetto area, but I’m not afraid of that other people may not want to stay there

The rooms are so comfy feeling. You get a tv a nice lil desk. A HUGE BED and i dunno its just perfect fit for a person like me.

Cheated and taken my money.
