Nice place to stay while in Mesquite.

Hotel / Casino was full of smoke. Hard to breathe and made your clothes smell. The first room she booked us was dirty and dated. You could hear the people in the room beside this room as if they were in our room. They did give us another room that was bearable, but I would never stay here again.

They are finally upgrading this property!

We checked in after a long travel week. We looked forward to getting cleaned up, particularly to taking a bath. However, the bathtub was scary dirty. We checked out without staying the night. I asked for my money back and showed the pictures of the dirty tub to the front desk. They refused, saying since I booked through Hotels.com I would have to contact them.

I feel would facilitate guests stay with having Microwave access for the public and complimentary tooothpaste. Also offer early check in.

Location is great. However after staying here every year for the last 14 years and booking multiple rooms I cannot believe we had to pay $15.00 USD per night for a fridge in our room. I ask to speak to management but no one around. The fridge that was supplied was very small. Disappointed! We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. If we would have got fridges for all rooms it would have cost over $400.00 CAD. Luckily We were able to share.

Liked the casino, didn’t like lack of entertainment

I spent a little more money to get a hotel with indoor hallways to the rooms in order to feel safer but sadly it is not worth the extra money. You have to walk through to the back on the casino, I'm used to the having access right into your room. The room is old and dirty. The bed skirts had lots of stains on them. Carpets didn't look vacuumed too well. We didn't realize until we went back out to the car that the whole bottom edge of our room door had a huge gap! Like the door didn't quite close all the way and the door had warped so much that there was a half an inch gap, about a foot tall. As we walked down the hall we noticed that most of the doors were like this, some worse than others! We shoved towels in the gap. We figured it wouldn't be any use to try to change rooms since they all look like that. You can hear anyone talking in the hallway and slamming of doors. Walls are also very thin. Can hear talking, flushing and showers of others. Not impressed and would not recommend! Stay at Virgin River. The rooms are about the same quality but it's much quieter.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have AT LEAST a microwave and mini-fridge. Also didn’t love the fact that you have to go through the casino each time you come and go. Staff was friendly, and room was sufficient.

Bed were the worst beds ever, they consantly complained about our mobility scooters. The only thing nice was the hot tub being open 24 fours

Place was nice

The rooms were dirty. The sheets didnt look clean and the heater didn’t work.

Both restaurants (Katherine’s and casa) had good food and service. Cashier in casino helpful.

It old but nice

The property was very convenient with easy access from the rooms to the Casino. The pool and spa area is gorgeous. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Go if you are interested in the Casino only. You have to take the family through the casino to get to the hotel that was not the cleanest. It didn't have a fridge, microwave, lamps didn't work. Wouldn't stay there again.

Everything was great. Bed was comfortable

Needs updating, repairs and deep cleaned. Multiple spider webs, dirty floors damage to walls and bath tub left unfixed. Would not let me upload photos
