If you want an affordable place on the beach this is the place. when you walk out the door your at the beach. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful and this is a pretty comfy place .

This Resort is in a beautiful location RIGHT on the beach. I never really dealt with any staff, but the one time I did have to get assistance they were very nice. The transaction was easy and hassle free, the room was very clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was out during my stay, but that wasn't a big deal for me. I will definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in the area.

When I got to the property my reservation was cancelled with no notice, staff member just told me “I wasn’t here this morning I can’t help” “and we are totally booked, nothing is available “. I called orbitz they didn’t knew what happened either, after a while and looking at how frustrated I was, suddenly a room appeared and they proceeded with my reservation.
Room was ok, vey outdated, the furniture was damaged.

Blinds were damage and the inside of the room was visible from
The outside so we had limited privacy, we went to a store and bought another blinds so we can cover the windows.
AC was horribly dirty (you can see the dust on the vents)
Towels were dirty and stained
Room had a clean fridge and microwave, that was good.
If you just need a cheap place to crash and don’t mind this things you can try it.
But I wouldn’t recommended

The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was not particularly clean, the shower did not get hot, the AC was broken, the room would smell of sewage on occasion, and I could hear every word spoken in the room next to me.

Nice place; reasonably priced, right on the ocean. Only complaint was that the hot water in our shower wasn’t working – room temperature – which we related to the front desk. Also, the heater wasn’t working in our room but we were provided a portable space heater. I would stay here again as I’m sure these problems were not the norm.

Heat didn’t work. It was 47 degrees. Only one thin blanket. No chairs in the room. No internet. No desk person after 8pm. Checked in at 10pm and left at 11:15pm.

Not terrible or great. Cheap rates for a clean but very hard used place. The room was very bare bones with no chairs or table inside. Not sure if all are like this. No curtain inside room, only blinds with some gaps. The ocean views are great. Few burned out bulbs. Clean bathroom and bed. I would stay here again if i couldn't find a slightly better place for a few dollars more.

The room was ok. No heat in first room. No chairs or tables. The attendant moved us two doors down. The heat worked. We had to take an end table and lamp from the first room. The attendants were nice. Someone once said, you get what you pay for. So very true.

Property is recovering from last hurricane. This was not mentioned when booking. Room did not have any curtains, mirrors, tables or chairs. Had to ask for towels and pillow. Staff was accommodating. Just know what you’re gonna get before you book. Room did not meet expectations

The door did not lock properly, the chain bolt was broken, the bathroom cabinet was falling apart, there was not a single mirror in the entire room, there was not a single hook to hang clothes, there were no hangers in the closet, and no bar to hang anything, there was no wifi/internet. It is a crime to rent this place to anyone.

Best part about this was the staff was super friendly and close to the beach. Also had a nice pool. It was a bit noisy, doors didnt close without slamming hard, it seem rather dated and in need of repairs. Lots of people including staff smoking cigs and weed around the property. It was ok for a night and the beach made it somewhat worth it but overall the place is in rough shape. A lot of the updates probably should have been replacements and the quality was like putting lipstick on a pig or polishing a turd
