We booked a one bedroom condo at one Wyndham resort in Princeville. Upon check in, our family was placed in a two bedroom unit in the Shearwater section. The unit was beautiful, spacious and clean, with a large Lanai with a lovely view. The resort also offers classes and other opportunities for guests, which we did not depart in because our days were already booked. I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect space for 3 olders kids, my husband and I. This space was exquisite and fit our needs perfectly. Furthermore, we had tons of family fun time in the two pools they offered and had burgers on the grill by the pool. Would stay again!

Beautiful but far from ocean. It was weird that that they didn’t provide beach chairs when asked. They sent us to another hotel to rent them. That doesn’t sound like a vacation property to me.

When I arrived it was after 11pm, there was no people at registration desk. The security guard drives around to check people in.
But he was grumpy. He gave me the keys and told me to find my room. This property has independent buildings all over the place and in the dark, in the rain, I had to find my own room. I thought that was not cool. The security guard should at least lead me to my room.

Nice large one bedroom condo with a fabulous deck, the condo is very dated though. If they were to update it would be 5 star but alas I felt like I was living in the 90's

The property is dated and most of the windows and sliding glass doors need replacement. There was an initial smell of dampness when we entered the suite, however it either dissipated or we got use to the smell. We had to have the bathroom sprayed for insects/termites as the following morning there were small ant like bodies on a wash cloth left on the edge of the tub and it resembled pepper flakes. The staff however was excellent and they were able to assist us with ant unsatisfactory roadblocks we were up against.

Honestly, this is a terrible booking and I advise anyone reading this to steer clear:
- Booked this place by accident, called 5 seconds later to cancel the booking, and was denied doing so, despite purchasing the travel insurance ("Cancel for any reason")
- The front desk couldn't check us in for three hours from the time we arrived--well into the evening. They need to work on getting rooms cleaned more efficiently
- Ants were in our room the moment we arrived, and despite numerous efforts from housekeeping to abate, there was no improvement the entire 3-day stay
- The rooms have no A/C--it's freaking Hawaii!
- Microwaves couldn't even properly heat a bag of popcorn

A little outdated. Ceiling fan didn't work in one room but had a portable fan we used. Property and surroundings are absolutely gorgeous and it totally makes up for it. It's SO beautiful. We loved it, Mahalo!! ❤️

The property was close to my favorite parts about my trip. Foodlands, Welina Terrace, Hideaway Beach, and Hanalei. The North shore definitely has the best views on the island.

This property is old, a lot of the rooms have no a/c, fans given only upon request and one didn’t even work, the carpets are dirty and as well as the 2 chairs on the room that had no cushion either
