The phone to the room didn't work. Could not get ahold of the front desk or room service and the tv had a echo to it. Plus the room had black spots on the ceiling. The guy at the c front desk was nice and helpful.

Absolutely disgusting. If I could give a zero I would. Every floor smelled like marijuana. Front desk switched floors for us once but did nothing when I said the second floor smelled like it too. This is supposed to be a no smoking facility but obviously they don’t follow that when people smoke in the lobby in front of staff. Rooms were dirty. Floors were not vacuumed. Ac/heater didn’t work. Room was hot and muggy. Changed to AC and no change after 5 hours. I booked for the shuttle to the event. They told us after we booked that they have not had a shuttle for over a year. They refused to do anything to rectify the situation. I booked a family suite that had a king bed with 2 queen beds, and 2 bathrooms. When I said switch because of the marijuana smell, I got a downgrade. It was 3 queen beds and 1 bathroom. They refused to do a price discount. The bar closed at 1. We were told 2 by the bartender before we left for the concert. When we said something to the front desk, they told us there are bars around we could drive to. Front desk encouraged people to drink and drive. People yelling down the hall at 2:30 AM. A person messed with my door at this time. No safe or secure for a family.

TV was not working. Shower was not working. Rest room had no locks. Even though they claim to be nonsmoking facility, there was smoke smell in elevators, rooms, lobby. In 3 days stay they changed our room 4 times.

Stayed here for a quick overnight on a road trip. Arrived at 10:30 PM and the band was playing in the bar. No big deal as we assumed they would finish by 11:00 PM. We were put on the second floor which smelled like cigarette smoke and had cigarette butts on the floor and was right above the bar. The front desk was very accommodating and moved us to the 5th floor but the band could still be heard above the tv and continued to play until 1:00 AM. The chain lock was missing and there are holes in our door where the automatic door closer was missing as well.

The motel was absolutely gross!!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had on a property. The rooms and halls smelled like smoke and weed. The rooms were disgusting, the showers and floors were not clean. Showers weren’t working, the doors wouldn’t open and had to be pushed or kicked in order to open. Would never go back or recommend this place.

Property was dirty, tolit keep running in room, shower head was plugged and did not spray correctly, very noisey, bathroom and hallway smelled like pot, Police were there 2 times, key card quit working 2 different times. It was very dissipointing experience.

The staff is excellent. Pool was great. Outside parking lot and streets were very noisy at night. Heating unit in room was very noisy when it came on. Because of these two noise issues I didn't get much sleep. But still I would stay there again. I'll just get earplugs.

The hotel is a mess and very untidy. Stains and not too clean overall. Stayed here a few years ago and wasn’t bad but will not stay again after this trip. The people were nice enough. Had to get my keys reset 4 times during a two day stay because they stopped working.

Let me start by saying the room itself was very good. the bed was comfortable and it was a nice room. The bathroom was ok. the bathtub was clean but peeling and you could tell it was the original tub. floors were not very clean. However getting to the room gave a different impression. there were alot of areas in disrepair and the floors were dirty. The elevators were tiny and dirty. Random paint splatters on floors and walls. Upon getting off the elevator on the 8th floor there was an ice machine that leaked a huge puddle and wasn't cleaned up the 2 days. There was also a dog barking and scratching the door constantly in a room down the hall from us. He was quiet after midnight so that was a plus. There were alot of old cars in the parking lot that never moved including a truck with a broken window. Although the man at the desk was nice at check in, we were never spoken to again during our stay. At breakfast i felt the staff was not friendly. And rather rude to people coming in at 8:55 to eat. They took the food away at that time and all the cups so you wouldn't be able to have coffee, which tasted like it was day old coffee anyway. In the end our stay was ok, we spent alot of time with family and not at the hotel so we were there just to sleep. The photos of this hotel make the hotel look nicer than it is. It definitely could use some work and cleaning.

Hotel was horrible. Dirty, run down elevators, hallway and room. Wifi was completely unreliable. Hair dryer had a broken plug with a short in the wire. Bathtub was peeling paint. Attempted caulk repairs were ineffective and looked horrible. In spite of the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping tried to enter twice the morning of check-out, before check-out time. Batteries in the tv remote needed replaced. Genuinely a grungy feel to the hotel. In need of a complete refurbishment.

The new Owners have completely destroyed the place !!! Both the Owners and the Staff are extremely rude and treat you like "less than thou" !!! They close the Bar and Grille whenever they want to and the menu posted on the internet is not true, as they only have about 8-10 items on their actual menu... I have stayed there on a regular basis for years -- But I will never go back again !!!
