Really good hotel, good enviroment

Staff always friendly when we stay. Also beds and pillows are comfy. Usually I don’t sleep very well when I’m not in my own bed but I was pleasantly surprised.

I didn’t get to stay due to an emergency but the was it was handled by management they couldn’t not refund me or cancel because it would cancel my protection plan no other alternatives were given other than a no bad customer service

Overall, the facility was fine and the staff was professional. However, there was a few things missing like a towel rack in the bathroom.

Great hotel! Nice and clean and quiet! And they gave two Tesla chargers! You can use them for non-Tesla if you have the adapter! Thank you!

Great breakfast

It was all goid for me

I have stayed here before and had no issues. The lady that checked me in was nice and accommodating at getting me a room on the top floor. The kid working in the morning should not be working with customers. He had a crappy attitude and was rude. I asked for a late check out because I was running in a race that morning and wanted to shower before driving home. I was offered a whole 30 minutes for a late checkout because they “already gave one late check out”. Makes no good sense of why one more late checkout would put housekeeping so far behind. Can all of the rooms be cleaned at once? No! Did they really have that many rooms that were going to be occupied on a Sunday, in Susanville? Really? Perhaps housekeeping should spend a little more time cleaning the rooms anyway. The bathroom door was filthy. I used a few of my own Clorox wipes that I brought and they were disgustingly dirty after wiping down the door and light switches. And, there was a dirty towel and washcloth hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I will never stay at this hotel again!!

Staff was so sweet and room was good. Very noisy though. I could hear everything the people above me were doing. Definitely get a top floor room if you stay here if you don’t want to be up all night.

Staff were excellent and let us fill our coffee caraffe for the road-offered to make more for us. Would've been nice to have "to go" breakfast options like hard boiled eggs and yogurt cups, as we couldn't stay to eat there and had to get going. It's an older hotel so as clean as it could be considering that; price for value pretty good and there aren't a lot of options in Susanville to stay at.

The location of the Comfort Inn is a great location for why I was there. Parking isn’t all that great, crowded at times. The room was pretty good, but I do take issue with a bathroom not being clean…the counter top was not clean. I’m not sure what it was, maybe toothpaste/water markings. Being a former maid myself that was not ok, a clean bathroom is important.

Not a bad room in a small town but mold in toilet and overall poor bathroom make it worthy of skipping.

The room and hallway smelled like mold. Old carpet and the toilet had grey water from black mold inside it. Too bad there weren’t better hotel choices for road trippers nearby.

I'm going to stay here again and again.

Simple in and out hotel, beds were nice, room was clean and breakfast had options. Worth a return visit if/when in Susanville

Check in was easy, fast and the room were very spacious! We stayed there during a road trip with 4 of my children so the extra [sace in the rooms became very handy!

Bath tubs, sinks, toilets were not cleaned at least 3 weeks
