My wife and I stayed here 1 night while traveling from Columbus OH to Charlotte NC. The front lobby has a little age to it but overall clean. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the air in the room worked perfectly. We did notice that sounds from the room above us and next to us would come through. Not annoying enough to get a different room but just enough to know there was movement. If you’ve ever live in an apartment, it would be a similar experience. The complimentary breakfast the following morning was the typical eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, grits, etc. The coffee was extremely watered down, not good at all. We chose to get some coffee down the road from which u can choose Dunkin, Starbucks, or similar places. At the end of it, we would stay here again. Thanks.

This was a very clean if used hotel. Some of the trim was banged up and you could tell this has seen a lot of travelers. But the staff do a good job keeping it clean, front desk staff were wonderful to deal with late at night for some tired travelers. They do serve a hot breakfast but unfortunately it's that awful powdered egg mash that so many hotels use, nearly inedible. But the coffee was hot and cereal was available, as well as waffle makers and danishes. I'd stay here again.

Worst experience in hotel in a long time , I've stayed here 10 times over coarse of last two months. Staff is extremely rude to guests. Upon checkout time you are rudely disturbed by staff to get out the second the clock hits 11:01. You have repeated knocks at the door and phone ringing rushing you out the door. I asked for a late checkout and even paid extra 10 dollars for the hour , I then again at 12:02 had phone ringing and banging on the door. Not to mention I now have a case of scabies from the beds.

A quick but thorough review on this Comfort Inn/Quality Inn. I spend a lot of hours on the road and came here for a reset. I had a place to park my truck and trailer and got to do a little maintenance while my room was getting ready. (Keep it clean y’all!) Rebecca is an amazing host and made my stay very comfortable. The rooms are clean, laundry works phenomenal, and the place is quiet. I can’t recommend this stay more. Thank you to Rebecca and the owners for running a tight ship and keeping this hotel above standard!

Nasty room that smells of mildew and piss. The floor is sticky and disgusting. Toilet did not work no water pressure and just keeps filling up. Dead bugs under the sink in bathroom lamps are covered in dust. avoid this place at all cost.
