Excellent front desk help Friday when we checked in around 3pm. She was also working Sunday during checkout-ISU student. Excellent communication and very helpful.

Great place to stay for the Cyclone game. You can walk to the stadium. Rooms are large and comfy. The shower heads could be more powerful and the water is a bit hard. Overall though, good hotel to stay at. Plenty of breakfast options too. I felt like the staff cared about us and they kept the hotel clean.

The room was fine and the breakfast area was fine. The front desk worker was not. There was only one member of staff working on a weekend afternoon right before the holidays and on a graduation weekend. There was no one there when I came to check in and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to finally show up. She said she was new but to have only one person there and it be a new person on a busy weekend was frustrating to say the least. Overall the hotel was fine just needs to be staffed better to accommodate guests better

Housekeeping came to our door before 9:30am. We asked them to come back as we would be leaving within 30 minutes. We were gone 12 hours and the room was never touched….. Paying what they are charging for game weekends, housekeeping and a clean property should be a no-brainer!!

What would otherwise have been a pleasant stay was ruined by that fact that you very nearly doubled our room rate because it was a football weekend. You're despicable profiteers.
