This property is always top notch. We were a luttle disapoointed to find that the pool had closed for the season but not q big issue. Breakfast was awesome! The staff member on duty was helpful and friendly as were the front desk staff.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. We did have some problems with the heating/air-conditioning unit in our room and getting the temperature right. The rooms are a little worn but very clean. we were traveling with dogs so watch out for stickers which can get in their feet in the surrounding area. They have cameras surveilling the whole property so that was nice in terms of safety. It was very quiet as the property is up on a hill. There is a Loves right below the property which was helpful with getting an early start with gas and energy drinks and other supplies :)

It is a convenient and well-kept property. We stayed 5 nights, and admittedly left the room late in the morning every day (11 or so). Housekeeping would check in the morning while we were still there. It was a little difficult to to get housekeeping done after we left and had to specifically ask for it. I’m sure the staff slept hard; I encourage to management to have staff check the room again in situations where the guests were still there when the room was first checked, time permitting.

We easily found the hotel right off the interstate close to the Karchner caverns where we were going to tour. I was a little concerned being so close to the hiway because of noise but am happy to say it was not a problem. We would have prefered a restaurant at the hotel or next door but no luck. Their hot breakfast was very good though.

The check in staff member was very friendly and checked me in quickly.
The property exterior is clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location (right off the hwy).
The property interior is dated. The room smelled like it has not been renovated since smoking was allowed in hotels. The toilet and bathroom had noticeable sections of pink and black mold (which unfortunately seems to be more and more common in chain hotels).
The mattress was average comfort, springy.
Overall, a very average stay.

1)The rm ac/heat unit smelled like the coils needed to be cleaned. I’m in the buisness.
2) Get with the program no where to plug a Devise in.
2) For the price that Comfort inn charged me was not worth it.

Nice stay for an overnight visit. Beds were very comfortable, not a lot of choices for dining however we stayed on a Sunday night and a lot of places were closed. Breakfast was typical eggs/sausage, waffles and cereal.
