We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable room & we’re glad to find a Mexican restaurant next door. The staff was great and the breakfast buffet was extensive. There could have been more light in the room and the water in the shower didn’t get as hot as we’d have liked, though the water in the sink got plenty hot. The location was convenient, so we’d consider staying there again.

The location is great, not too far from Downtown Cleveland. Nice Mexican restaurant next right outside.
3 Things I don’t like about it. There’s blood stain on our sheet as soon as we walk in. We only get 3 towels for 4 people. Our room didn’t get fresh towels on the second day for our 2night stay.

My first room had a cockroach. When i walked into the second room there was a washcloth on the floor with a suspicious yellow stain. I didnt inspect further. My third room was fine, but after the fire alarm went off because someone was smoking weed I decided that im probably not going to stay there ever again. That's a shame, I've been staying there every year when i come to Richfield for work. It's definitely not the Hampton anymore and it shows.

Horrible hotel. They never cleaned our rooms even though we stayed for 3 nights. Asked for extra toilet paper and they gave us one roll even though we had 4 people in a room. Bed was broken and slanted - asked them to fix and they didn't. Drain in tub was clogged and wouldn't drain the water. Walls are so thin and can hear everything in the halls. Breakfast was horrible - scrambled eggs tasted like whip cream from a can. NEVER staying there or at any comfort Inn again.

The first room checked in was not cleaned; the second room was unlocked with latch jamming, hairs on the beds, toilet clogged. We only wanted a clean room to sleep for one night., disappointed ☹️

Front desk was not friendly nor personable. She checked us in but that was all. No mention as to location as to the lift.
Breakfast was needing caution as to old items & sour milk. When menu about sour milk we got an argument. Another person said it was sour yesterday

Our stay was fine. The bed was very comfortable, but the hallways and room were just not very clean or guest ready. When asking the attendant a question, they gave blunt yes or no answers and were not very accommodating. The walls were incredibly thin, I could hear people in other rooms all throughout the night.
