We would like to thank Rehana Hussain at the front desk for her outstanding assistance in helping us get settled at the hotel and her superior care in giving us handy guidance on a quick tour around New York. Thank you also for helping us organise our ride back to the airport the next day as well. Thank you Rehana for your kindness towards our elderly cousin as she came to pick us up and go out for dinner. You have left a lasting impression on our family of the hospitality and open-heartedness of the people of New York and the high quality service of Comfort Inn Midwest Manhattan. Thank you Comfort Inn for the scrumptious breakfast and the staff attending us. Even though we stayed for just a day in NY, our stay at your hotel was superb. The staff was not very friendly nor did they have an attitude of service or helpfulness in general with the guests. Aside from that the hotel was very clean and nice, and had a very good price and location.

le seul bon point de cet hôtel c’est la literie ! pour le reste fuyez . l’accueil lors de mon arrivée fut pittoresque. réceptionniste désagréable, ne nous laisse pas placer un mot et nous a refiler la chambre à mon avis la plus « pourrie ». petit déjeuner bien mais dommage qu’il n’y est que quelques places pour s’installer. The only good point of this hotel is the bedding! For the rest, run away. The welcome when I arrived was picturesque. The receptionist was unpleasant, didn't let us get a word in and gave us the room that was in my opinion the most "rotten". Good breakfast but it's a shame that there are only a few places to settle in.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Everything was good. The place was worth the price. Hotel management please change your old towels and get new ones. They were super old and worn out. It’s small thing that I’m sure you can change and that’s why I can’t give you 5 stars.

The staff were friendly. However everytime they serviced the room, they will forget something. I requested to top up shampoo a few times but it was not done. The breakfast area was very small, usually packed till have to share or wait for space. But the breakfast provided was pretty good since it was complimentary. This place is very convenient as it’s walkable to top attractions in the central. The room size is quite small for 2 double beds.

The queen room was tiny. It would probably be ok for a couple of nights with a shared overnight bag but we were booked for 11 nights with 2 big cases - there was no where to put the cases at all, no where to unpack your cloths apart from a 5 hanger pole and no where to move. From what I seen of the other rooms they were not much better as the bigger or extra bed took up the extra space. Bathroom was also tiny and shower was like warm at best despite the hot water at the sink being very hot! Good location but I would only recommend for a couple of nights.
