AVOID living, renting or owning here. They fix nothing inside or outside of the apartments. Night time security is a joke. There isn't security driving around the complex. There is just an EMPTY police car that tends to be there by the exit/garbage bin area. (It seems like maybe a police officer lives in the complex and parks there car there at night? I nor anyone else I know have ever seen an actual cop inside the car, it's always empty. Try to call for any complaint? Good luck because they do not answer their phone after hours and you will not see a security person, or any after hours security line that will answer. You can't even back-in when parking even though your resident sticker shows on the windshield. A car gets towed? Have fun waiting hours for the company they hire to get the appropriate person to their own office to give you your car even if you call and speak with them ahead of time. There's weird rules with what can be outside your door, how to park, no assistance and it's expensive. It is NOT worth the $2,000 monthly for renters or the near $350 monthly HOA for owners. Not to even detail the annoying gate entrance system.

I don't like the gates, but the community is tranquil and clean. I love the access to the Springs and trails. Love it, love it, love it.

I lived here and they switched management they are unfair made me take out my outside plants yet other people had large outdoor plants and hanging decorations outside, the office staff and maintenance are very unprofessional the maintenance men have unlicensed parked cars there work on their own cars while others can’t. Also there quick to tow your car without notice, infestations of cockroaches and broken blinds dishwashers/toilets dont work I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star!

We Live here, and are very pleased with the management, everything always looks nice. We had some loud neighbors once, but they actually moved out after few weeks! It was great considering we have a newborn at home. Husband loves the exercise room when he comes home from work. My only concern would be how much we are paying in rent compared to people who has been living here for more than 2 years. But other than that, we've made really good friends, and its nice and quiet.
