This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room had an odor. The bathtub had mold. The highway was nearby and loud. The ac unit was also loud. Those noises paled in comparison to the noise from the neighboring room. They came came in after midnight and talked loudly and turned on the television, which I can only assume was mounted to the wall immediately behind my head. I called the desk at 1:30 a.m. and asked if they could kindly enforce quiet hours, as no one in my family could sleep. They did speak with our neighbor, but they proceeded to keep the television on blasting loudly until well after 4:00 a.m. None of us could sleep. We tried to eat breakfast at the hotel before leaving early in the morning, and it was terrible. The eggs were wet, and I mean wet with something like water, and the sausage also had liquid that dripped off of it. I cannot comment on the taste because it was too gross to try. We stopped here to break up a very long trip, and we very much regretted our choice and would have fared better to just press on. I would not recommend anyone to stay here if they wish to have a night of sleep in a clean room.

I liked my stay

The first room that put us in the tv didn't work because of a broken cable. They put us in a suite which was "okay", but the floor was slooping in places. It felt like we were drunk trying to walk from the living room to the bathroom. The plaster on the wall was cracked in several places and actually falling off the walls. The room was directly above the indoor pool, which was temporarily closed. Maybe the humidity from the pool caused the cracked plaster and slopping floor. There was a pack of sugar on the floor in an area that looked like a putting green space and large pieces of dried mud in one of the elevators our entire stay (4 nights). Everything else seemed clean. The elevator inspection expired in April of 2023, which is a serious violation. The daily breakfast was good and everyone was nice. However, a smile from the staff would have been an improvement. No one seemed happy to be at work.

There was mold in the shower, otherwise the stay was fine.

Room was comfortable and clean. Check-in was OK, not exceptionally friendly, but OK. Breakfast was OK. Appreciated having workout room.

Great hotel / had to switch rooms bc shower didn't work. And in that same room there was a drip coming from ceiling in bathroom and weird swooshing noise in room.

I booked the hotel online traveling back from Tennessee where it had rain and my granddaughters were a little disappointed. I booked at this hotel because of inside pool, only to find out when I checked in, it was out of service. The hotel was nice but would not have stayed there knowing the pool was not in service. That was the main reason I booked there. Granddaughters were disappointed again! Should update info online so guest will know pool was not opened.

Pool area could use a cleaning.

Perfect place to stay while traveling. Reasonable rate, convenient to highway and food, Friendly staff and comfortable room.

The breakfast and staff service were good. But there was thin curtain, which could not block a bright light outside the room that shined all night.

Have stayed before for Road Atlanta race events. Recent stay involved terrible check in experience. Was not greeted upon arrival No more then 2 lousy words from desk clerk who was apparently eating her dinner. "License" and "card" was it. Period. No hello. No how are you. No info on breakfast. No directions to elevators. Bad enough that we won't stay in future.

Coffee maker does spill a little water when brewing. Had to move cup to catch most of the coffee brewing.

The property was fine. It looks as though updating is necessary. Our 4th floor room was on the highway side so there was some noise from the traffic. It was also directly across from the ice machine and laundry which again was a little noisy at times. There was an odd looking spot on the ceiling and we were unsure if it was a dead bug, a live bug, or something else. We decided to we spent the first night and when we saw the spot in the same place determined it to be an unusual mark for a ceiling and thought no more about it. The first morning there, the staff knocked on the door while we were all still sleeping. I told her that since we arrived late last night that we needed no service that morning. The next morning the knock came again but we were headed out for the day. I said five minutes and we'll be gone, but no one came back to make up the room. Maybe not as reliable as I would expect. The parking lot seemed a little small to me and all the big vehicles took up too much space. Also, when coming from the east the sign for the facility is hidden somewhat and not very large.

Enjoyes the suite and the how clean it was. The cleaning lady did a great job daily taking care of the room. The food was ok. The eggs were not good but everything else seemed good. Front desk personnel were all pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

The suite was fine but the mattresses are rock hard. We had a very hard time and felt very achy after the little bit of sleep we did get because of the mattress.
