Excellent location

Place was nice. However short staffed. Went there last minute as our flight was delayed to get some sleep before we boarded back early in the morning. Booked with Expedia for faster and smoother check in. However, when we arrived there was a huge line with only 2 people checking in people. We waited at least 50 min just to get checked in. The staff could have used way more help.

The property is absolutely beautiful, and I will not hesitate to stay there again. My approval is on the up and up. However, though, the bathroom shower head was not properly secured.

It was advised that EV chargers were available but that’s not true. They don’t have them. There’s no free parking, no ventilation on bathrooms and no soap too.

Dated Hotel. Not overly clean feeling but not bad. Good location and close to many activities and Restaurants. Was more expensive than others in the area for the quality. Our room was next to indoor pool, which created a humidity/musty feeling in our room.

The perfect stay as always ! Excellent in every way from the warm welcome to the amazing buffet breakfast and fantastic staff! My one stop ATL place to stay always ~ looking forward to returning !

The property is in a great location. The room was completely fine and on par with a suburban Hampton inn or courtyard. Lobby doesn't have a lot of room to hang out but pool area does. Would return.

Great downtown location. We walked everywhere we needed to be over 3 days

Outdated & room had an odor about it. Wasn’t pleasant. Shower water got cold to quick fir 3 people to be in a room

Great people at the property / from check-in to check-out and in between, all staff were accommodating and helpful. We were there during a very busy wknd with parades / conferences and a national championship game - and they did a really great job with a very full hotel. Great place if you are looking for something reasonably priced - safe and clean - with nice people.

Positives: The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of Mercedes Benz Stadium. We received vouchers upon check in for the restaurant and Starbucks. The refrigerator kept our drinks really cold. Negatives: The rooms were very old and musty. The windows were single pane glass so the carpet near the window was saturated from condensation. There was no smoke detector in our room upon our arrival. Every time you flushed the toilet, it sounded like a jet engine which is troublesome in the middle of the night. This was brought to the attention of hotel staff who said they would have it fixed, but it was not fixed. The pillows were the flattest I have ever experienced. The deadbolt on our door didn't work either.

Rooms very outdated and dirty. Bed sheets were stained. Hall’s were dark and dingy. It definitely wasn’t the $500 a night charge. Free breakfast wasn’t free. Marketing department did a fantastic job of making it look nice online but nothing like that in reality. Check in was slow and inefficient

Hotel is rundown and dirty. Moldy walls in room. Dirty bed. The staff also did not make up room between days of stay after asking. We had to beg for extra towels by our 2nd night here. Never will I stay here again.

Nice hotel.

Large accomodations and can host manh events.

We were given a room at check in at 4. Over the next hour, two different families entered our room with keys thinking they were also checking into that same room. Called the font desk which informed us that since we were waiting on a suite (we never requested a suite), they were going to move us. Thinking that this was maybe a good idea, we complied and repacked and had a nice bellman come help us move to another floor. We arrived to our “new room “ and walked into a family that was already occupying that room!! Then we were told to wait in the hallway (about 10-15 minutes) while the poor bellman tried to figure it out with the front desk. Ultimately we were moved back down to a large room next to the pool which wasn’t all bad… until two hotel staff broke into our room at 11:18pm that night ( yes the security latch was activated and the do not disturb tag on the outside door handle)! We were in bed upstairs in this large room with a white noise machine and couldn’t hear them knocking. They turned on the lights and said their excuse was that it showed the room vacant!!! They said “you have the same last name as another guest and apparently was confusing them”. Wonder how many times this large hotel has guests with the same last names staying on the property at the same time 🤔. Irate as i was, I decided to wait and speak with the manager the next morning. Waited in the manager to arrive to work, told he was in the phone and would call me. Never received a call.

Great place in ATL

Property is in very poor shape. Many broken things, rooms were not very clean and in need of a lot of repairs. Restaurant was not staffed to handle the volume of guests.
