Property was great, clean room, clean bathroom, etc. The sliding doors that face the interstate make those rooms much noiser as you can hear loud trucks and vehicles in the room. Other than that, great place. That is something that they cannot help, so don't let that stop you from staying there.

Everything was beyond amazing at this hotel. The staff, the bar, the restaurant, they went out of there way to make sure your stay with them was one to remember.

The hotel advertised that there was a heated poll. this was a major factor in our choosing this facility. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the pool heater was broken. We were greatly disappointed.

Multiple cars were broken into and nothing was done or addressed. My card was also overcharged more than what was supposed to. Nothing was done here either. No damage or anything was done. We stayed one night cleaned up after ourselves and left.

The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas, rooms were clean. But the pool heater was broken. Ok if you wanted to do a polar plunge and the plumbing in our room wasn't working properly

VERY poor customer service. Forgot 2 of our blankets in the room. Called front desk that afternoon & the next day to follow up. Got rude employees & the run around. Hung up on me a couple of times. Filed complaint w/HQ a week ago, no response. Tried to contact today, on hold for over 20 minutes then they disconnected the call. TERRIBLE customer service. Will not stay there again.

Came out to a parking lot full of busted windows. There were at least 12 cars wirhout windows....mine being one of them. Very inconvenient. Security leaves at 7 am. This happened between then & 8am. Worker said this happens quite often due to the hotel not having security until people wake up & get out to their cars.

I should have taken pictures, there was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling corners , it was dirty , it smelled horrible too . I want my money back , the sheets had stained in them

It's a deteriorating old hotel. There is a lot of Pot smoke smell everywhere. The room's condition is awful. The doors are not locked properly, and there is no exhaust in the bathroom.

The hotel delivered as promised. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. This old beauty has seen better days but still delivers. Obviously outdated as mentioned in other reviews but the staff was efficient and kind, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Heard a train once but otherwise quiet.

This property needs some TLC. In our room the bathroom ceiling was falling down, the desk chair needs replaced-someone could get hurt and the lamp next to the bed has a rusty bottom.
