It is nice and quiet. It is also very big. The buildings are divided by A, B & C, connected by hallways, they each have their own elevator. The indoor pool is always ready for swimmers. A decent gym that I can't wait to make use of. Downside is they offer no breakfast. restaurant And bar are closed. Only have tea n coffee on the counter. The WiFi signal is weak and has a lot of dead zones. They have the worst cable direct tv it's cuts out all the time

No issues with staff, they were excellent, no issues there. Room was clean but very outdated. The light switch did not work on the lamp. It kept flickering and shut itself off. The bathroom was as clean as it could be for how outdated it was. The toilet handle broke when I flushed the toilet. The hallways seemed dark and unsafe, so I was a little nervous. Extremely rude and loud neighbors so I could not sleep. The hotel served it's purpose for my immediate need, which was shuttle transportation to the airport right down the street. My stay was ok for 1 night, but definitely not for long term.

Great hotel good service friendly staff indoor pool clean lobby room look good they also have a shuttle bus that’s would take you Evette you need to go if you don’t have transportation I would definitely stay there again

It was comforting to see a security vehicle on patrol. Wish had been there 3 months ago when I stayed. My front passenger window was knock out during the night

Internet was flakey. Also they do not clean the rooms during your stay. I was there 6 days and did not get fresh linen during that time.

Well if I would have got to actually stay in the property that I pay for it then I probably would have seen you something better than the hospitality but I didn't get no hospitality really non-attentive workers and they didn't care about have somewhere to go or not it was late and couldn't really get anywhere at that time of the day so the ratings that I'm going to give him is very very bad

I paid extra to park my car for the week and someone broke into my car and my front passenger side window was knocked out on 11/24/24. Staff taped a trash bag over the opening as it was raining while I was traveling. I was notified at 5:00pm on 11/28 of the incident. Police were notified and a report made. I parked near the front entrance where there was extra light and nothing visible to temp thieves. Staff reported that this has happened several times.

There was no soap in bathroom the tv was old only basic cable and the breakfast bar was horrible water eggs and unfamiliar sausage. The rags and towels are cheap there was no real hospitality here.

We used the park and fly. While we were gone someone busted the passenger side window. They dod tape it up for me. Jwy at the front desk was very helpful. However the mantaince man was very rude.
