Days Inn by Wyndham Joelton/Nashville

The receptionist Lisa was very friendly and welcoming.

Area surrounding hotel didn’t offer much dining to begin with but arrived to find all local businesses closed due to snow which was very minimal. Family had to eat snacks from the drive for dinner.

Property was rundown and unsure if area was safe.

Room was very fantastic clean well set up for a handicap person need to improve on breakfast at least need a waffle machine. room door did not fit the door frame too much of a gap.

Lisa at the front desk was very helpful. I would stay at this property again

The door to our room had obviously been broken into previous to our visit. There was a large gap between the door and frame. The lock barely locked. The gap in the door allowed bugs to crawl inside. The noise from the traffic was horrible. A couple of the wall panels looked to have possibly been pourly repaired. And the carpet was very pretty and appeared to be clean but it was rough on our feet. There was a small door in the wall that appeared to be a place for personal belongings but once I opened it, it was access to the plumbing and you could see the light from the room below us. They charged a $100 deposit which was not clearly stated in the ad for the room. I arrived very early to the area. I stopped by to ask about an early check-in. I was greeted at the door by a very rude desk clerk. She was extremely rude, talked over me, and only after i assured her that I was not a "local" she provided me with the cost and time for an early check-in. It was an experience that I will surely never repeat!

It was fairly clean but needed updating. Bath room walls were swollen from getting wet, carpet was dirty.

Did all of the pre check in requirements as we knew we would be arriving late, and needed to get our room as quickly as possible for early take off in the morning. We still had to wait almost a half hour to get checked in because the couple in front of us did not have any of their info and we were still made to complete all of the check in requirements again. When I asked about why we were given the option of pre check in if that wasn’t really an option. Her response was I don’t know why it makes you do that. Rooms are decent but in need of updating. Not a bad price for what you get!

This place was a dive. Standing water in the bathtub. Dirty, noisy at 5 am. Bright side, the gal at the desk(bigger black gal) was Super friendly, kind, answered my questions. She deserves a raise!!!!
