Days Inn by Wyndham Provo

Older hotel, needs some updates. But clean.

The room was pretty dirty, we found chip crumbs, and a whole granola bar on the side of the beds. Mattress was broken down and really uncomfortable. The bathroom floor edges had a lot of build up. Walls had a lot of paint missing in places.

Super old! I’m saying this because I prefer it over super dirty!

You definitely get what you pay for. If you're just looking for a place to lay your head, then this is the place

The price was an extremely good value. The setting (view of the mountains) was excellent. The place is a little bit run down, but the location is good for me. I've stayed there before, and I'll stay there again...

Bathroom had mold on the walls and there was minimal noise barrier “insulation” in the walls between the rooms

The staff was nice, but the overall condition of our room was poor. There were gouges in the walls, some of which had been partially repaired and the bathroom was not very clean. The breakfast options were mediocre at best. They did have a Belgian waffle maker, however, they were out of batter. We ended up getting breakfast at a local restaurant.

Room 119 - Missing headboard, chipped paint, lumpy bed and pillows, bumped heads on low shower curtain rod, peeling paint in bathroom, patched but unpainted shower ceiling, and hanging/damaged curtains. Needs visit by Wyndam’s Quality Service folks. Extremely disappointed with our room. Desk Clerk didn’t ask about our stay. I think she already knew it needs to be brought up to Wyndham Standards. Tonight we are staying at the Days Inn in Beaver UT. They are 100 percent better than Provo.

Pros - the sheets were clean. Con - Absolutely everything else. The rooms were disgusting, cheap and falling part. The owners are not doing any up-keep on the place. It's run-down and crappy. Breakfast is crappy. Boo Days Inn, boo 👎

I'm shocked this is a Wyndham sponsered hotel. I'm not prejudice and this is just my opinion. It appears the owners are middle eastern descent. The owners don’t appear to be putting any money back into the property for fixing or updates, but just pocketing any money they receive, and running the place into the ground. I'm cheap too, but you've got to run your business well to be profitable long-term. Anyway, it's a disaster: holes in the wall where pictures should be hung (see picture); walls crumbling apart by shower where water gets in (see pictures); big gaps in door where freezing cold air blows right in (see picture); bathroom door sticks shut; shower head so clogged it's like someone peeing on you; could so gross and stained, you can't sit or sleep on it; all furnitureis dated and completelyworn out; lights were flickering or missing; and one night, five cops came in to break up a domestic dispute. If it weren't for the awesome cleaning personnel keeping the floors and bed clean, this place would definitely be out of business in a few months. I haven’t even started on the rest of the hotel. This was actually the first free breakfast i didn’t go to again after the first day. It's located in the very small check-in office. With no lights on or tv on, it's evident they don’t want you eating their food. There was a refrigerator with one carton of milk, a waffle machine, cereal, and coffee. That's all! Parking was always full too, so we had to park in the dark lot nextdoo

I liked nothing but the roof over my head. No maid service but the waffles were special.

Convenient for stopping on a road trip through the area.

I major need of redoing, looks nasty , bed sheets were clean but all else was very much used and run down

Great price and location. Traveling alone.

Staff was very hospitable and compliant with my wishes! Would advise anyone to stay here as an affordable option.

Curtain falling down. Sink leaking on the floor. Boarder along floor missing exposing rotting dry wall..
