Despite some plumbing issues and having some issues with the room the employee Marcia was exceptional in assisting to solve my issue and despite having to be inconvenienced and moving rooms they did the right thing and the Manager of the hotel was able to follow up on the resolution.

First of all room smills awful
Ac unit makes loud noise couldn't sleep
Also no hot water at the shower
Toilet seat water tank broken
And its loud outside other tenant blasting music in middle of night
Wont stay or recommend to stay there

First of all, the ONLY positive was the front desk clerk, LEAH, on day one was awesome. The other clerk on day two horrible. Property is being used by FEMA to house people. Lots of little kids running around. I changed my reservation upon check in to two nights instead of three. The light breakfast was coffee/juice only. Would definitely not ever stay here again. Will be contacting Wyndham with comments as well. Also, found dealing with Expedia not great too. When I tried to change from three nights to only two it was an insane process. Luckily the hotel clerk handled it with ease after I spent hours the day before by phone and internet with no results. So, the moral of my story is NO expedia or Wyndham again for me.

There were 2 roaches in my room. The bathroom door was broken on The bottom. The staff was kind and informative but I would NOT stay again due to the bugs.

The staff left a full hotel of people after a hurricane was significant damaged to the building with some of the the guests being flooded in the rooms they're paying for locked everything up put a handwritten note on the door saying stay at your own risk we'll deal with reservations when the electric comes back on and left. Ghetto as hell.

Stayed for a few days during hurricane cleanup. Hotel was very busy. Rooms were still not available for check in at 9pm. Assistant Manager at the desk was very polite and helpful... just overwhelmed with business. Room was clean but in need of maintenance. TV had sound but no picture.

My stay was cut short because the amenities advertised were not functional. There was no internet in my room (which was important to me) or phone to call the desk. Calls to the desk by cell were dropped. I was not able to go to a conference as to book another place that late would have cost me too much. I must say the staff was as helpful as they could be but could not solve the problem.

This place is a dump! Very old and run down, AC barely worked, shower was luke warm, TV didn't work, smelled pot smoking in nearby rooms. Went to lobby for "breakfast" (coffee, juice, granola bar), several other guests were there complaining, and there was only one person was working the desk. Property not at described online! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I had no hot water, the toilet was running all night, room was very clean, no shampoo.
Upon checking in the key would not work for my room and lock was lit up red. I requested King room but said they were overbooked. Not sure how parking lot was no where near full. Finally received a room that key worked.
Random people roaming around the property going to different room after room.
Went to lobby in morning and a vagrant passed out in front of the doors!!

The room was so descusting I left afterca few hours . Tge hair dryer caught on fire when i tried to use it . Then the whole front of the ac fell off. And itvwas infested with German cockroaches. I didnt want them ti get in my belonings so i packed up and left.

The television didn’t work appropriately, roaches where all over the room, had to sleep with the light on,blood spots all over the box spring sheet, the shower head was full of mold and the water pressure was poor, no phone line in the room in case of a emergency.Changed rooms three times, instill was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were decent, but it took a minute to get TV UP & RUNNING, Someone who works there knocked on my door at 11:20 p.m because they had made a mistake with room # I was originally in. It's definitely not somewhere I'll go again. Definitely more cons, than pros!
