Made the reservation online and when I went to check in, I found out that I lost my driver license at one of the gas stations on the way. We were tired and I was traveling with my 2 year old child. I had a photo of my ID but the desk clerk wouldn't accept and told me to call corporate if I didn't like it. They offered no number or any type of assistance. Never recommending this place.

Place was convenient, but room was not super clean and the bedspread had stains on it. Room not initially stocked with cups, coffee, etc. Staff did respond to requests when I made them.

The first room had not been cleaned which the receptionist said it was a new cleaner. Then the next room was a little better but still very dirty. 2 men were yelling in the middle of the night, we couldn’t get the heater to work, outside their was astray cat meowing all night and there were people from Mexico selling tortillas and jerky. The coffee was not fresh at the breakfast and not good. Scared to shower and to try the coffee in the room.

The property is overpriced for its condition. The location was convenient. Cost was average. Property is dated and needing renovations, including flooring. The room door deadbolt would not lock due to not aligned with striker plate. Sink would not drain without having to manually pull up sink plug. I was too tired and just dealt with it. On the positive side, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.

I had a problem with my car and had to delay my trip a day. Was not able to get a refund or a credit of any sort. For situations like this, I think there should be exceptions to the no-refund rule. I can provide proof of the mishap. Carusobank@aol.com

They changed me for a day i wasn't there knew i wasnt going to be there a week in advanced well before their cancelation time. Called and was told "there's nothing we can do. You will be charged." Will NEVER use This hotel again in any state or for any reason. I will sleep under a bridge with the bums before hand.
