Front desk employees were helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and easy.

The front desk lady was very accommodating. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The view of the ocean was nice. Lovely stay except for the weather.

We had a wonderful stay, once the room was straightened out. At first they put us in a room over top of the lobby. Dark and dank room with no outside seating. Not at all the room I was expecting. I am handicapped and the steps up were very steep. My husband told the lady at the desk we were not satisfied and she found us another room that was available with a balcony and a terrace. The view was spectacular. What a difference. From then on we enjoyed our tat the beach.

Unfortunately l was very disappointed in this property. When I got to my room, the TVs didn’t work properly. The Wi-Fi was horrible. I couldn’t use my phone at all in the room, even with my own data. The toilet stopped working the same night. The staff came to repair it in the morning. TV had to be replaced. The next day, the bathroom sink sounded like a generator when you turned the hot water on. Then the toilet stopped up and overflowed. I asked to be moved to another room several times and was told there wasn’t another free room. I saw at least 4-5 rooms empty the whole time I was there. Upon checkout I spoke with the manager about it all and was told that there is wear and tear on the place. They will look into everything and a discount will be put on file by my name for the next time I stay there. I will never stay there again!!!

I didn't like that the ice machine was broken and that there was no elevator when I originally searched for the hotel it stated it had one.

The receptionist is not very nice.

Stay was great. Unlike the reviews we read . Did not have to pay for ice. Help very pleasant. Small flat screen tv Normal channels for a motel . King size bed very comfortable .

I will never stay here again. I had family members meet me at the motel to have a beach day and one of the female staff members told my little sister she could not wait on the property with her kids. Since she was not staying at the Diamond Crest. My sister explained she was waiting for a family member and continued to be harrassed. I had 4 other family members book here and when they checked in the front desk was recorded talking about how I owe money because I did not list my children (under 18) on my booking. The staff admitted they judged my family due to other situations prior which obviously had nothing to do with me. This proved she was attacking us based on another situation. The front desk was rude and the staff argued back and forth with me. So unprofessional here! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff was very nice and the room was clean but there was a strange odor and part of the wall was peeling and falling off.

We stayed for 3 days. The rooms were clean and nice and cool. The staff were very helpful. Expedia had booked us in 2 different rooms for our 2 night stay. The staff called me to let me know and they rearranged so that I would not have to move the next night. I loved that the bike rental place was right across the street as well as the beach. Overall my stay was great and Diamond Crest will be added to my list of go to hotels in Wildwood Crest.
