Didn't like all of the construction. And the water ran brown when first used, the fire alarm went off and there was no communication as to why? No microwave in the room.

Heater in the room was not working properly. No hot water in the shower. We switched rooms. It was a little better. Staff was great they did their best to make us feel comfortable.
I will not stay here again and will not recommend.

On one of the days our electronic lock on our door ran out of battery and I had to search for help at the front desk. The front desk sent someone to open the door but the woman helping me wasn’t sure how long it would take and the way she phrased it had us worried it would take up to an hour and was very unprofessional. On another day the wifi completely went down which was incredibly inconvenient. The way the hotel is constructed also makes it terrible to walk through as it’s built very weird.

AC had some kind of limiter on it. Wouldn’t get colder than 72 degrees. Initially they charged me twice for the room, but someone eventually helped me. $4 waters. The shuttle drivers were the shining stars of this stay.
