One of the rooms was all boarded up and looked like a car had driven into it. I had paid for my room online when I made my reservation. However, I was charged $3.50 when I checked in.

This was your typical "no frill" motel. A friend and I only utilized the room for a few hours before having to be dropped off at the airport. Aside from cigarette burns on the comforters and sheets (in a non-smoking room), cracks and holes in the walls and doors, stains in the bath tub and ceiling, the TV not being able to turn off, smoke detector dangling from the ceiling, no water pressure from the sink, and killing a roach....the bed was at least bed bug free and comfortable for a couple hours.

Paid about $145. Price expensive for the condition of room and property. Surface of the room dirty such as mirror, baseboard, etc.. My daughter saw a spider inside the room. Breakfast only options are bagel, bread and frosted cereal.

Bathroom had peeling paint over the tub, the light over the bed didn't work, stairs up to the second level were cracked and heaving presenting a trip hazard....should have lamps on the night tables....overall a shoddy place. The staff was very good though.

They didn’t have breakfast at all which said was included in multiple websites and tourist guides with hotels listed. It worked as we ended up not really staying in the room much. Only the bathroom lights worked and there was hair around the bathroom when we got there. Other than that it was fine comfortable bed. Staff is friendly.

Toilet was not working. I asked several times within a three day span and they never sent no one to come fix. It asked to be moved to room when they clearly had other rooms available and still wouldn’t move me.

No breakfast, no coffee also in lobby, door does not lock easily, had to ask for blanket in bed, TV remote not working from bed bcos cable box behind TV and remote only works behind TV, airport shuttle was paid and not free even though multiple places it said free or $10 but manager said $15

The bathroom door was broke the bathroom roof had a hole in it and it was leaking I didn't get no soap for the for the room I didn't get any courtesy cups for the room the price had changed from the price online they add an additional $15 when I got there very inconvenient wanted it in cash
