The staff was amazing, the breakfast was to die for, the pool looked beautiful never got to swim, the lay out of the hotel is beautiful. The room was amazing. Will totally be back

Just a bad experience in general

It was beautiful inside and out. I liked that we didn't have to leave the building to go eat, the food was good.

Food order was burned, not complete. Pet fee had not been conveyed prior to arrival which for a “pet friendly” hotel was upsetting. Have stayed at Embassy Suites with no complaints but I would not recommend this one to anyone.

Very clean but spartan.

We are a family of four and reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived we discovered that 1 of the 2 beds was pinned up against the wall so you could only get into it from one side, requiring one of the people sleeping in the bed to have to literally climb over the other to get to their spot I asked the manager about this and she said there are number of rooms like this. She was very sweet and reduced my room charge to compensate. But I suggest you clarify what you are getting before you reserve. Of course, the hotels room pictures do not show this type of setup

The property only has 1 working elevator which made it a challenge to get to your room. The room was clean, the breakfast was really good

Check in and check out were hassle free. On a scale of great, good, and okay, room was good. Only true complaints were conditions of the dining room during peak breakfast hours and only one working elevator during a rather busy holiday season creating huge wait times.

Family trip Very rude house keeping took forever to bring towels Elevator only one working took 15 mins to get to my room on the fifth floor

The elevator was down and it took at least 15-30 minutes to get up or down from the room. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the down button did not work for the one working elevator. There were no towels at the pool. Kids ran around with no adult supervision playing on elevators and running halls.

Quiet room. Stains on the carpet. No restaurant or bar except during manager's reception. Very few snacks that were not replenished during the 1.5 hour manager's reception. Friendly omelet maker and very friendly bartender. Front desk not that friendly.

Room was quiet. Somewhat clean - found plastic wrap in several places. Given only 1 hand towel instead of 2. Stains on the carpeting. No restaurant at first stay and second stay had restaurant only during manager's reception. No bar except for during manager's reception. Friendly omelet maker and very friendly bar tender.

The kind host made the check-in process quick and efficient. There was only 1 guest elevator that worked the entire weekend. There was a sign that said an additional elevator was through the housekeeping washroom. It certainly seemed like an area guests should not walk through. When we got to our room (#320) it was clean, spacious, and very warm and stuffy. We turned on the air conditioner that made a buzzing noise but it never came on. A service guy came up and began tinkering, but they eventually asked us to move rooms. We nephew's room on the 2nd floor never had working heat or air. On day two, we requested a 2 fresh sets of towels. They only brought 2 large drying towels that were a dingy yellow color. When they brought the face towels they looked so awful they should be trashed. I wish I had taken pics. Summary... • They need to repair elevators. • Fix the heat/air units. • Invest in new linen. • Breakfast was greeeat!!!

They should operate the second elevator. One elevator is not enough for a huge facility.

The property is well maintained and nice. We loved the large breakfast bar with the made-to-order omelets. Also the complimentary drinks in the evening were great. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our friend had a medical emergency and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. They were very supportive and allowed us to have the space and time to take care of the crisis we were having. We were very thankful for their help.

One of the elevators wasn't working and our shower leaked. But otherwise very nice and great breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and will use again.

Trip was a weekend.Get away with my grand kids to visit lights under louisville was an excellent hotel with a made order omelet bar. and breakfast buffet

This hotel was beautiful.They offer a happy hour and had made to order omlets in the morning which was great. The only thing questionable during the stay was that they claimed to have a restaurant and didnt have it operating. They had salads,soups,and cold sandwhiches you could purchase instead at the bar. Also the times of the piol had changed feom what the website said. I think their information should be updated because right now they are giving some false information,and aome people are relying on that and may have chosen to stay somewhere else if they knew this.

To tell you the truth, I was disappointed in the hotel. It was extremely noisy to 2:30 am in the morning. Way over priced for a one night stay almost $300 after we left your hotel a few miles down we found a Holiday Inn Express for half that price !! . Yes you fixed up the hotel a little why should we pay for all that!! So very disappointed will not stay there again .
