Embassy Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield

We had to leave our home for a few days due to some renovations. So we chose Embassy Suites because we would have a separate living area and separate bedroom to spread out and relax. Happy Hour is a nice extra each evening and we enjoyed a cocktail along with various snacks. The breakfast buffet was good but the highlighted omelet station was disappointing due to an employee that didn’t seem to want to work the first day we were there. Subsequent days were better. My husband needed a USB port but the only one in the room on the bedside clock was worn out. The front desk quickly rectified the situation with a new clock. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would most likely reserve a suite here again.

Great room size and extremely quiet inside! Lacking in elevators, stairways and additional entrances to access any level above 1. None of the shampoo, lotion, and body wash were filled so make sure you check before getting into the shower.

Great place! Employees were very friendly, an awesome bar and the best continental breakfast I've ever had.

Had a great stay and of course the breakfast was very satisfying 😌 😋. Will stay here again on my next visit. Not from Milwaukee and shopping.

We had to switch rooms due to a crying baby the first night. Both toilets were dirty underneath the seat.

We stayed 6 nights based on previous, favorable experience, which I would give 4 stars. This time, however, I'd give only 3, for the following 3 items: 1) HVAC not working. On arrival, the entire hotel was super hot, inside and outside rooms. Mgmt received multiple complaints and it did get fixed. But I think it actually went the other way. The 2nd half of our stay we actually just left the thermostat control off, as I watched it went from 66F going to 65F when we set it at 70F and the air coming out of the vent was cool, not cold, not hot, but cool. 2) breakfast quality has gone down. Maybe it was Xmas and there wasn't enough staffing. The breakfast potato frequently ran out. One morning I even asked them to bring out more, and a full 30min later when we finished our breakfast, it still wasn't replenished. 3) housekeeping. We do not do daily housekeeping when we travel. This time we hung the do-not-disturb sign for 3 days, and on day 4 we'd like to have the room cleaned. So we took it off around noon, called service but no one answered. Then I talked to front desk on our way out. But when we returned at 9pm, the room was not cleaned.

Matt the bartender is awesome and the reason we come. Thomas at the front desk was very personable. Room was not clean with Bobby pins on the floor in the bathroom. Hair in the tub. Clothes stickers stuck on dresser in bedroom. Stains on furniture. Overall service good but room could be cleaned better.

The room was very nice compare to other hotels I stayed at before. I like that there are other stores such as walmart and Walgreens right near by. Thankfully the side door works as parking to the main entrance was full sat night. There is a pool, so make sure to bring your swim suits. Breakfast is free and variety of what they serve was ok. I wish there was more variety of fruits. I was hoping our room gets clean but nope, it didnt. That was the only neg about my stay. Other than that, i dont mind staying here again next time l'm in town.

Absolutely horrible stay many people there they weren't staying there . There was no scrambled eggs after 9am for breakfast although breakfast went until 10 . Kids terrorizing the hotel both days I was there . Staff could've cared a less. There ran out of forks and cups in breakfast area had to ask and wait for them . This place is a joke

This property is good for the style of the rooms, but customer service I experienced was not very friendly with some of the employees, however I did have some friendly staff. The refrigerators are VERY small, and the breakfast is good with hot and fresh omelets but it is the EXACT same everyday. Would be nice if bacon would be added, instead of sausage links everyday.

The rooms are nice , clean , spacious. The beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast that was very goof

Always enjoy this place. Only drawback was the tub stopper didn't work, so you couldn't take a bath
