Nice, quiet, clean

I really like how clean and safe the hotel was. I also like the fact that they will hold your luggage for you. After you check out if your flight is later. They do need more than one microwave. In the lobby.

Secure area, close to subway.

Overall great experience, nice staff and relatively clean hotel room.

Property includes hidden fees in the fine print (e.g. wifi and amenities other hotels include in the price are offloaded to the customer). Noise insulation is rather poor.

Excelente experiencia, muy buen servicio, el personal muy amable, en especial Gary que nos ayudó en varios momentos. Buen y variado desayuno (no es buffet). La habitacion muy cómoda y limpia. Hotel muy bien ubicado con varios comercios y 3 estaciones de metro cercanas con diferentes opciones de rutas.

Had an excellent stay! Great location and was able to commute easily to Manhattan/Times Square. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Definitely recommend it :)

Small details like shower soap dispensers that remained empty for four days and a non-adjustable shower head that blasted water across the ceiling. Flat breakfast fee of $25 regardless of your breakfast order...even for oatmeal. No driveway or pull-off for taxis and Ubers causing intersection congestion.

Our first room had no heat and none of the exercise equipment (bands, blocks, etc) so we were moved to a much larger room with a patio - now this was 3 days over Christmas so heat was necessary but the patio was not. Room #2 had heat but it was SO LOUD that we couldn’t sleep with it on so we had to turn it on in the morning and let the room warm up before getting out of bed. As far as cleanliness, the halls had not been vacuumed the entire 3 days we were there. We have stayed at the Even at least 5 times and each stay gets a little worse. I think it’s time for this hotel to get a refresh and unfortunately we will have to find a new place to stay in the future. We do love the area though, and it’s close to a subway for easy access into Manhattan.

Room with King bed was much smaller than I expected.

Sanjay was an incredible housekeeper who was considerate and did a great job!!
