Clean, great service, helpful employees.

This was a truly horrific and frustrating experience. My flight got into Orlando late so I called the property to tell them I was on my way. The person at the desk confirmed they had my reservation and everything was all set. When I arrived at 2:00am suddenly they couldn't find my reservation. Because I hadn't bothered to check it in before the night audit was run the system automatically canceled it. The woman on the desk had no idea how to reactivate the reservation, mind you I had already paid for the reservation in full through hotels.com and the money had already left my account. I stood there, exhausted, desperate to get to bed. Only to be told that there was nothing but the person at the front desk could do. After 45 minutes the person at the desk finally gave up and gave me a key to a room. On the 4th floor. I go to use the elevator, and the elevator is not working so I trudge up the four flights upstairs only to get there and find out my room key doesn't work. I'm done. Just a ridiculous experience all the way around

1st time using this hotel. Check in was pleasant. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. Checkout was easy. Enjoyed the stay

Only stayed one night and for that purpose, an extended stay place is not the best choice. For example, no coffee maker in room. And breakfast was less than minimal. Could not find an ice maker anywhere. Had to pay a $100 deposit at check-in. That's pretty unusual.

Cold build egg and muffin ìts not breakfast. No regular milk for coffee.

We spent 2 nights in a king-size bed, pet-friendly room. The room was huge and included a kitchenette and a walk-in shower. The room was really clean. You have to ask for all the kitchenware (my guess is due to constant theft), but then you get a kit of silverware, glasses, pots, pans, large utensils, kitchen towels, etc. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. One night, around 11pm, we found a giant palmetto bug on our bathroom counter. We called the front desk and the girl was very sorry and understanding and immediately moved us to another room away from that one. Our only real complaint was the "free breakfast." If you got to the eating area before 9am, you could find a 2-pack of hardboiled eggs; after 9am, forget it. There was cereal and milk, breakfast bars, and pre-wrapped mini muffins. That was it. For the price, they should have more breakfast foods available.

The property and room were clean and properly set. The floor in the room appeared clean, but upon stepping into the very weak shower, my feet made some serious grey marks in the tub. The "grab and go" breakfast was a joke. Coffee, oatmeal packets, small granola bars, prepackaged hardboiled eggs, that is all! Not expecting a brunch buffet, but fruit, juice muffins? Overall though, acceptable stay for the price.

My and my Boyfriend stayed here for several days. Had not one issue love the rooms big comfortable beds and even had a stove fridge and pots and pans to cooks

Was a little disappointed with it. Beds were not that comfortable. The kitchen was empty. You had to ask for anything that needed to be used. Did not have any paper towels or trash bags. Everything had to be asked from front desk. Did not even have dish soap. The room was very large. As soon as we got off elevator it smelled of animal urine. Had to empty our own trash and we were there for 4 days. No housekeeping at all.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The elevator was broken and we traveled with small children so it was a giant inconvenience. We weren’t offered any type of compensation for the inconvenience. Also the “grab and go” breakfast is one kind of granola bar that the kids wouldn’t eat so that was a disappointment too.
