Love the fact that there was a full kitchen and stuff wasnt the far away

Terrible. Doors are broken, furniture is deteriorated and broken, there are not curtains at shower. We couldn’t stay at the place and now asking for refund. Deplorable.

Internet didnt work during whole stay. Someone broke into my car, tv remote missing battey back so constanly lost batteries. Light bulb missing in two lamps. Terrible experience.

This place was by far the worst. First the room was in bad shape, the tub was all badly peeled, there was a hole on the bathroom door. There were people loud at all hours of the night on a Tuesday night mind you, someone broke into my car, when i tried to check out there was no one at the front desk. I waited almost an hour before leaving the room keys on the desk atvthe front desk.

Hot water is not enough in a shower especially right now is freezing outside , tv is not working and microwave is not working

Stayed for work trip. Had no flushing toilet, no toiletries, no shower curtain, vacant stickers all over the walls. Microwave and fridge not working. Ruined all food purchases

Check in was very bad. Even though I booked additional day to cover for late check in I was charged fee for check in saying early check in. I have stayed in similar place never have I ever charged

Nice people, but TV didn’t work and it was obvious that my room had been broken into in the past. There were crowbar marks on the jam.

First they assigned me to a room that was being remodeled. The new room I was assigned they did not move me over in their records so at 7:00 a.m. the security guard is trying to get in.

The office lady was nice. Was not happy to have my baby and us written up at 721am because they didn't know we paid for the room. There was no trash cans, the counters were sticky, they're was gum holding the phone down to the nightstand of and the tv was stolen and they said they'd bring one to us but never came. The floor was also sorry and had stuff all over it. You could see outside the door frame worth the door shut and there was no safety lock on the inside. When we arrived there were cops, ambulance and people arguing. It was definitely not anything like the pictures cleanliness like.

You get what you pay for, needless to say we did not feel comfortable staying the night due to the conditions of the hotel. Checking in at the front desk was unhelpful and rude. It took over 30 minutes to check in without there being any customers in front of us. The outside stairs to the rooms had caution tape everywhere due to the poor conditions of the stairs. The room itself had a prominent old musty/smokey smell in a non-smoking room. The door latch lock was non existent seeming like it had been previously ripped off the wall. The room had no TV. The bathroom was stained, dirty and didn’t appear to be cleaned between guests. Carpet was torn up in multiple places. The window screen had a large hole in it like it had been punched through. When addressing the front desk about the room conditions, they did not show any care and did nothing. The surrounding location itself did not condone a safe stay.

Started off when I pulled up day 1 and there were beer cans all over the ground outside the Lobby. Burn holes in the toilet seat , holes in the walls , dirty floor , etc in the room. Very dirty looking shower. Waited 1 hour in the lobby because my key card wasn’t working (happened everyday) and there was zero staff on site.

I paid for my room arrived to find no one at the desk. Then was told they had no rooms left even tho I already paid online.

Shopping cart parked outside my room door with trash everywhere, windows broke out of rooms and fixed very badly with duck tape.. looks like a homeless shelter to be honest.. everyone seems to live there.. sink didn’t work nor would I have used it. Cheap. Yes. Safe, well as long as you keep a side piece, you should be ok.. but be careful.

The room smelled like pot. The sheets were clean but the pillow smelled like sweat. The bathroom shower surtain was about to come apart. Staff was friendly.

This was the worst place I’ve stayed! I had to beg for a blanket because they forgot one on my bed also the entire room smelled like strong smoke. The microwave and fridge had old food, the maid left used rags, the toilet brush was nasty and this place have zero pride. the front desk was unfriendly and unavailable when we needed a fork. I felt scared and unsafe. Avoid this place at all cost. I’m currently trying to get my money back.

The management and front desk was a mess. Took over an hour to get checked into my room because there was nobody to check me in. I think the front desk person quit his job because he never showed up. The room was great but my front door had a problem locking. Good thing I knew the area and that is what saved me. Great restaurant and shops nearby.

Overall it was a bad stay. The room was ok but I couldn’t connect to the WiFi during the stay. I was told this was because I booked through the third party and the night shift staff didn’t know how to put my name in the system. There was also not enough towels in the room. The from desk told me all the towels are now in the dryer and I had to wait for at least 1 hour. The breakfast is just coffee and snacks.

Very bad evening

The room door appeared to have been opened with a crow bar at some time and then never repaired. You can see the hallway/daylight through the bent part of the door.
