Always like this chain of hotels, like having the kitchenette and usually a recliner for tv viewing.

we had to leave the place at 12:33am because while i was on the bed watching on my phone and my husband was in the bathroom ppl from the front desk kept coming and knocking in oir room and saying that they were getting complaints about us being loud meanwhile i was in bed with not even lights on or tv on. Terrible smell since you get in, found black hair rolled in one of the towels. Costumer service was terrible! Extremely bad experience never again, and i will never recommend this place even for an emergency!! Everything was so Terrible!!

Room had a slight cigarette smell which wasn’t ideal. Best price for the area tho and u get what u pay for I guess. Would stay again

I won't ever stay here again. I booked it last minute when I realized I had to stay in the area and didn't read the reviews. Its not that its dirty or unpleasant, it just wasn't comfortable. A queen sized bed with only 3 pillows was really odd, and the rooms only have a very, very thin bedspread and a blanket that is so thin I didn't realize I had one. There is no extra blanket anywhere. The toilet paper roll was next to empty and I can change a toilet paper roll, that isn't the problem, it just made me wonder what the cleaning crew really looks at if they don't even notice the toilet paper being on its last couple sheets. And it was so cold. The a/c was set to 60 and I kept adjusting the large lit-up thermostat next to the door. It turns out that its useless and the controls are in one of those old school under-window units. The last thing is

I booked the room so I can have the ability to cook, however I was told they didn’t have pots and pans available. Go figure!

I stayed for 2 evenings and now my back is out from the horrible bed we slept in. The parking lot would have been softer to sleep on. Hated it.

Friendliness

Okay for an overnight stay with family. Had to 'clean' the bathroom a bit (errant hairs in the sink counter and the bathtub), the toilet seat was moving about (needs to be fixed), didn't like that we were on the same floor with those who have pets. But didn't want to make a fuss since we were all tired and just wanted to sleep. Beds were comfy.

They could have a more complete breakfast.

Along a very busy road, and the whole hotel smelled of strong curry smell along with possibly marijuana. Smelled like someone was making lots of food. Breakfast was only muffins, packs of oatmeal and nutrigrain bars. Not worth the trip to the lobby.

At check we were told about the grab and go breakfast and check out by 11am. Nothing else. The muffins were awful and bars were puny. There was no paper or pen in the room. Nothing to tell you what was available nearby. Housekeeping never came to the room. The sign for the hotel was hidden by a tree. It had no leaves, but there were so many branches we didn’t see it until we had passed the entrance which wasn’t marked.
