Very disappointed in the “breakfast”. Staff was very nice

I got double booked for the same night. I wanter 3rd to the 5th. Instead i got 2 days the same night Instead of what i wanted . Dest told me she couldn't help

A good clean comfortable spot to stay that was very reasonably priced for the market and time (Saturday night).

Loved it! Clean and spacious. Comfy bed. A plus was the small kitchen. Lots of storage. Sink and two hot plates is rare. Great for extended stays

It looked very rustic but customer service was amazing and receptionist made check in so fast and easy. He was also very accommodating with request.

We stayed one night. Room was comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchenette but for a longer stay its a great way to save money on food.

An overnight stay for a medical procedure at The surgery center. It was okay, nothing special but got the job done for under $100. Blankets/bedding were thin, good thing the heater worked well. Because these units have small stove/kitchettes the whole placed smelled like food, bacon in particular. Probably would stay elsewhere in area if situation arises again.

This place is absolutely disgusting! They have bed bugs. It smells. Upper management is rude as hell. The bedroom windows don't lock or even fully close. This place was gross and felt extremely unsafe!

Always stay here. Been multiple times. Our children live very close and this hotel has been very convenient to their location. Never disappoints. Breakfast has a lot to be desired…so bring your own and use the full fridge and hot plates for cooking. Couldn’t ask for more.

Cockroach in bathroom. “Breakfast” consisted of oatmeal packs and two granola bars. Unclean. Will never be back.

Property was okay. Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t great. Everything was clean but the floors were very sticky. You could hear your shoes “peel” off the floor when walking around. They needed a good washing and scrubbing.

No amenities or no frills for rate. No coffee in the rm. Except for Rudy on Saturday rest of staff not very friendly, no ice machine no vending. Their grab n go breakfast is coffee muffins and breakfast bars

Upon checking in, I was asked if I wanted any of the kitchen items like dishware, silverware, etc. (I thought they'd already be in the room). After my kitchen selection, Im given a plastic bin that held everything to take to my room. Typically, the hotels I've stayed in that have kitchens provided dish soap, sponge, paper towels...not here. The pillows were so flat, they were the most uncomfortable things ever. The air conditioning smelled like weed because whomever stayed prior smoked it in the room so the ac just re cycled the smell. Gross. There were areas that hadn't seen a duster in a minute, the dresser drawer had crumbs in it. To top things off, the parking lot was getting re paved so there was that inconvenience diring my stay as well.

The hallway and elevator smelled liked like marijuana. The hotel showed breakfast when we booked but we told it told when we checked in it would be to go coffee. The walls are very thin. At 3 am we woken by loud music from next door that continued for over an hour. Not our best experience in Reno

The room was okay for the price

The property is in a safe neighborhood. Parking was pretty easy and plenty of space. The property however is pretty old and outdated.

The staff was nice, the room was clean. Check in was easy. Thank you so much!
