Previous tenant urine all over the toilet seat. Dried, came off as soon as I wiped the seat. Hair all over the bathroom, the bathroom floor and shower. Almost as if the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned. When turned the bathroom light one, cockroaches scattered. 1 was u able to get to immediate cover and ran out of the bathroom. Was able to get picture and video of it. Left immediately, went to get refund. Front desk didn’t seem surprised and money was refunded.

When I attempted to check in, they said my reservation was canceled. No warning was given. She said they will try and check with another property in the area but she made no attempt to do this. I had to make some calls to find a room. I tried having the 3rd party get a refund but it’s been over a week and nothing yet.

Close to casino. Staff courteous, helpful and friendly. Area not built up but seemed safe as cameras are used for security. Yes we will likely stay again.

The property was conveniently located near the fairgrounds. The building was dated and needs improvements and renovations. The staff was exceptional and made up for it - the breakfast was good and the servers were excellent.
