Very clean. Staff in the front and kitchen are very nice.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Noise level from trucks on Rt 30 was a bit much.

Was unable to get into the building to check in as it was locked upon arrival. They mentioned nothing about a specific checkin end time. And there were notices to call the front desk when we got here, and no one answered to let us in and we had to get another hotel at the last minute. Even after prepaying I didn’t get my moneys worth, will not be using this service again.

Had a wonderful time. Breaksfast was great also the service. Location was great for Dutch Wonderland.

Great hotel. Only complaint is it’s swimming pool is very very small with no hot tub.

The person who checked us in gave us 3 options for dinner. We went to Park City Diner and had the best meal for a very reasonable price. Also appreciate person who checked me out adding my Marriott rewards number for this reservation so i got my points. Thank you!

The room was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shopping was within walking distance, with a short drive to many restaurants and other shopping areas.

We stayed in a two queen room, with a pull out couch. It was with my husband, and two kids (3 & 5 years old). The hotel room was not clean. I am very unsatisfied with the state of cleanliness. There was mold around the top of the tub, dust and stickiness on top of surfaces, and the drawers were filthy. We stayed one night, what we got for what we paid was disappointing. My daughter and I went to the pool one evening and it was cloudy. There was trash left in the surrounding areas and only two tiny towels on the towel rack. The linens were terrible. The towels were scratchy and overly old. And the sheets were scratchy. There was the bare minimum of linens in the room. The staff gave okay customer service but seemed bothered when I asked for more disposable cups (there were only 2 in the room. Overall, not worth the money stay somewhere else.

Room was great. AC was too noisy. Looked like an older model compared to the other room I had. A little pricey but expected for the area

Very nice and clean hotel, it appears new or newly renovated and was convenient for my needs; and love the free breakfast variety. The food stayed hot.

My first thought was that the place looked pretty good. But once I got in my room I changed my mind. There were crumbs all over so I knew it wasn’t properly cleaned. The toilet seat cover was broken but it didn’t affect much as it was just the cover. Lastly there was someone’s bar of soap left in the shower. I will not be staying here again.

We loved that we could park at the hotel before check-in time and be able to walk to Dutch Wonderland. We were initially given a room on the second floor, and we found out it had a standing shower room with moldy tiles which looked disgusting. We immediately requested a different room, ending on the first floor. The new room has a clean tub. Other than changing a room, the rest of our stay was good. Good breakfast options.
